Hi,

I'm Valentina and this meditation will support you in reframing how you feel about yourself and how you accept who you are.

Do you feel authentic with who you are being today?

We see the world through the lens of our beliefs and our strengths and limitations.

When we see the world as it is and not as we are,

We're able to make contact with truth,

With a greater reality that exists.

That truth that the great spiritual masters talk about,

The truth that you feel when you're connected to your intuition.

And we're going to do that right now.

Connect to that truth by allowing ourselves to get out of our own way and put aside our conscious mind to allow our subconscious to emerge,

To show itself to us,

To see the truth of who you are when you take off your space suit and show yourself as you are,

Raw and open.

Don't worry,

You're always in control when you do these relaxations.

You decide when you want to stop.

So let's dive into your authentic self by feeling the support of the earth,

Letting the weight of your bones rest on the surface you're on,

Feeling how the muscles around the bones melt away,

Closing the eyes and sensing the trust and support of the earth you live in.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly,

Enjoying the gradual release and feeling how the body relaxes deeper.

One more deep breath and let it go slowly.

Observe the natural rhythm from the movement of the body and how the expansion and contraction let you feel more and more relaxed.

Now I'm going to count from 5 to 1 and when I say 1 you'll be at a space where you feel so relaxed that you'd want to stay here for longer.

Deeper into a state of comfort and trust.

You are so relaxed and you are so ready to see things as they are without the noise of the mind,

Only the reality of your beingness.

When you hear the statement,

I am authentic,

I know myself,

You sense a reality within that feels familiar.

Try it out.

This sense of being energizes you and creates opportunities where planning is not welcome,

Where certainty has no room to be contained,

Only space to be expansive and loving space to be who you are,

Where you can be you,

Nothing to compare yourself to,

No one to see how you do it,

Only you in the open and loving space of being.

This is a blank canvas that you are designing with your intention and your highest guidance,

Your intuition.

Imagine a spot where you can rest,

Make it your own,

Maybe it is outside or in your favorite room.

In this space you are going to ask your intuition to fill it in with what belongs in your reality.

So you start to fill it in just as a painting,

Adding color,

Adding details,

People,

Animals,

Nature,

Rooms.

Let it be a creation of your subconscious mind without questioning how to do it,

Without doubting yourself but with the confidence that you get to choose what's in your canvas,

What's in your reality.

Whenever you feel contracted or doubtful about your creation,

You take a deep breath and feel the expansion again and continue to add and enjoy the details of your reality.

Now you will add another layer to this reality which is emotion.

You are going to charge this canvas with how you feel when you are experiencing it.

Go ahead and be generous with this.

Feel how you believe in you.

Feel how you know yourself here.

In a few moments we will close this relaxation to finish your details and make sure that you remember the way you feel when you are in here,

When you are being authentic,

When you feel that you know yourself.

You begin to deepen your breath and to move the body and open your eyes when you are ready.
