Hello,
Welcome back.
Welcome back to a time of intimate connection with yourself.
And we'll begin by feeling the guidance and the support that's always here.
And you can do this with your eyes open or closed,
You can choose.
Feeling that part of the body in touch with the surface that you're on.
Imagine your energy coming from the base of the spine,
Anchoring you down.
And that same energy going up through the crown of the head,
All the way up to the sky and connecting you with your source of love.
Feeling protected and seen.
These two energies from heaven and earth let you settle in and let go.
Feeling supported and protected.
Now that your body is slowing down and your mind is also slowing down,
I'd like for you to ask your guides or your source of love to help you remember what is the prevalent judgment that you currently have about yourself.
And we're doing this for the specific purpose of discovering or taking the covers off this belief and seeing it for what it is,
A perception.
A perception that can be transformed by looking at it from a different angle and by seeing many possibilities that can occupy that space and that energy that you are currently spending in this belief.
So I'll be silent for a moment and I will let you choose that area in your life or in yourself that you're currently not liking or maybe you're just ignoring it.
And now it's a good time to close your eyes if you haven't done so and let yourself be taken there,
Remembering that you're always supported and protected.
Now,
You can see that by ignoring or turning around or fighting this part of you or this part of your life experience,
You only feel more exhausted and more distracted.
You have a choice.
You can see where it all started and you can take a different route.
To do this,
You'll relax the body and the mind deeper so you can let the real you,
Your evolved self,
Your wisdom,
The one that resides and operates from your subconscious mind lead you there.
So take a deep breath in and hold it,
Allowing all the air to leave your lungs completely now to start fresh with a new breath,
With new air.
Another deep breath in,
Hold it and release all the way out,
Cleaning those lungs and refreshing and oxygenating the body.
Last time,
Deep breath in and hold it.
Let all the air out and you can breathe normally now.
Now you can easily see the first moments in your life when you felt this way,
When you felt that there was something wrong about this part of you or this circumstance in your life or this situation in your life.
You can see the context of the situation,
The people that share their lives with you at the moment.
And you see how you adapted to all those circumstances to make sense of what you were seeing.
Stay there for a few moments and remember that the intention of this exercise is to gain perspective and choose the one that's closer to love,
To acceptance for your true self.
Now you will stand in front of yourself from the past and you will talk to that person.
You can say,
You did what you thought was best for you and those around you and it's okay.
Feel these words as you say them and truly mean this,
This is what you knew at the moment.
And now you can say to your past self,
Beginning today we will change this and this is how.
With three cycles of breath you will let your past self take you to where you both need to be.
And that's either in front of a mirror or in front of another person and let the new scene unfold.
The scene that now your wisdom from your present self and your future self can lead from compassion,
From love and from acceptance.
Let it unfold to be the scene you want to have about that part of yourself or about that part of your life.
Now you let your guard down by letting your old thoughts go and always with the help of your breath open the chest and let the space in your heart center let yourself be filled with compassion from the understanding of yourself in this situation and let your guides and your wisdom take you to see something new.
Now you can thank yourself from the past.
And using your imagination you can see your energy from the past softly dissolve into your heart space to join you and to be with you as a precious experience.
And as you begin to bring yourself back into the space that your physical body is you can remember your connection to the Earth and to the cosmos.
Feeling supported and grounded you commit to doing one thing today that will reinforce the new perspective you have about your situation and you can write it down in your calendar as you get up.
Feeling gratitude for being able to see you through your wisdom and your compassion.
Feeling movement into your body and open your eyes when you are ready to see this new perspective of you.
