So let's begin and find your comfortable seat or you can lay down,
But just make sure that you can hold this position for the next 10 minutes.
It doesn't mean that you don't move.
It means that your movement is just energetic movement from your breath,
From thoughts that come in and just bring an energy rush or stream that naturally moves the body.
Just avoid any jerky movement.
We want to forget about the body so you can access that subtle dimension within you.
If you're in a chair,
Just rest your feet on the ground.
Put your hands gently on your lap.
If you're sitting on the ground,
Make sure your bottom is higher than your legs and the legs are comfortable and the knees are relaxed.
Your spine is straight and you can move your shoulders a little bit just to make sure that the tension is being released from the shoulders.
That's where we usually carry most of it without noticing it.
So bring them up,
Back and down and create an open space in the heart center.
And let's start by recognizing that you are breathing and this same breath has been with you since day one.
Let the breath ground you into the experience of this moment by feeling the sensations,
Those sensations that are most noticeable for you.
The body expanding and contracting,
The temperature of the breath.
So let's turn down the volume of our thoughts now.
And let's turn up the volume of the breath and the body now.
Just follow my guidance and redirect your attention to that calmer space within by focusing on that portal that we all have.
The body is your portal to a different dimension.
That dimension that we all have,
Where our intuition,
Our source of love,
Your higher power or God exists and guides you from.
Continue to breathe and this time deepening the breath for five complete cycles.
Inhale to the count of six,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six and exhale to the count of eight,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Follow your own rhythm for four more cycles,
Paying close attention to the air traveling into the nostrils all the way into the lungs and the warm air coming out of the lungs,
Traveling through the nostrils to the space in front of your body.
At your own pace,
Honor your pace.
As you do that,
With purpose,
Bring to your mind a recent situation when you did feel something went wrong,
Something didn't go the way you planned it.
Maybe the tiniest thing doesn't need to be a big thing in your life right now.
Something you want to make contact with.
Because when we make contact with those areas,
Those aspects in ourselves,
We notice that some of the pieces in us may not have been in our awareness.
Take these next few moments to immerse yourself in what you brought to this situation that didn't go so well and observe if what you said,
What you did and what you thought at moment were in alignment.
When we're willing to look into this,
We begin to develop an unshakable trust in ourselves.
Because we become aware of what we bring out.
Notice what aspects within yourself were not in alignment with your truth.
Can you feel what's out of integrity here,
What's out of alignment?
Who would you be if you were always aware of the aspects that are not in alignment?
You would trust yourself.
You would know what's important for you,
Regardless of the feedback that you get from others.
Now let's be thankful for this awareness that we can bring into our lives.
Because this is only being observed and being brought to the surface because you're willing to do it.
Because you're willing to make every experience in your life the best one that could be.
And that's why you're here.
You can begin to move the body slowly if you're ready.
Or if you want to stay here for a few more moments,
Just feel free to come out when you're ready.
