Hello,

I am Valentina and I would like to guide you in meditation to help you bring your day to a close and bring the world of form to a close and begin to open to the formless world.

Where your well deserved rest can happen.

This time is for you to recharge,

To renew and to let your body heal.

Make sure you find a comfortable position to sleep through the night.

Let the body settle and mentally recognize that your day is done,

There is nothing to do,

No one needing anything,

Nowhere to be,

Just rest and follow my voice,

Invite your body to soften.

Let the eyes soften,

Relax the mouth and let the tongue soften and rest in the roof of the mouth.

Feel the chest expanding with your breath and your belly move softly.

Feel the weight of your legs,

Feel the weight of your arms.

Heavy legs and heavy arms letting the body feel at ease and being present in this moment by letting go of the activity of the mind.

Assuming the sounds around you,

Can you hear one sound and focus on that sound?

Let that sound go and find another sound that could be the sound of your breath tuning into the sound of your breath.

You don't need to change your breath,

Just hear the sound.

Realizing the sensations created by that breath.

Imagine that with each inhale you let in calm and with each exhale you let out tension and do this breath for 5 cycles,

Letting in calm,

Letting out tension.

Now we are going to feel and relax each part of the body beginning now as I call each part of the body that part of the body will let go and relax.

Feet,

Ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

It is everything that we Just begin to notice the movement of the breath,

Feeling its natural flow,

Soothing your body.

Where can you feel this breath the most?

Now begin to count each breath as it passes.

You will start from the number 54 backwards.

Breathe in 54,

Breathe out 54.

Breathe in 53,

Breathe out 53 and so on.

If you lose count,

Start again at number 54.

I will let you drift and fly and float on your own,

Counting the breath as the body and the mind relax and let go to a well-deserved rest.

Start counting the breath.

Breathe in 54.

Breathe in 54.

The countdown for breath 54 times is actually a great way to relax and instantly feel relaxed in a few moments. Previously i just used to count numbers. Thank you for the technique 😃🙏
