Welcome.
Let's meditate on a beautiful practice that is going to help us feel full.
Or feel satisfied and fulfilled from the inside out.
And noticing how we can achieve this.
Without any help.
Or validation from the outside.
So I want to invite you to bring your mind where your body is right now.
This is your invitation to be present.
To stay with my words.
Stay with the feelings in your body.
Stay with yourself.
Let's take a deep breath.
And as you exhale that air.
Feel your body soften a little bit more.
And do it again.
And do it again.
And each time you can feel the body soften a little bit more.
You can let the eyes close if that's okay for you.
And feel the support of the earth.
Feel how stable your body can feel when you are aware.
Of every part of your body touching a cushion,
The earth,
The chair,
Your bed.
And there may be days where you need this reassurance,
That you need to know that you are supported.
There may be days where you need to feel seen.
By the world.
Or by a specific person.
But the truth is that nothing that you want to get from others will be experienced in you unless you've first given it to yourself.
And that is respect.
That can be loved.
I can be presence that you need from the world.
But they all begin here.
Within you.
So I want to ask you to purposely bring your mind to something or someone.
That reminds you of the feeling of love.
And this love does not need to be perfect.
It just needs to feel real in your experience.
It might be a memory in your life.
Or it might be just a place.
Or a pet.
Or need to just bring this to mind right now.
And let yourself feel the warmth that the feelings of love.
Bring into your body.
Let it fill you.
Let it fill your entire body.
And if it feels overwhelming,
Let it expand beyond your body.
You are never empty.
You are always full.
You are full of feelings.
You are full of breath.
You're full of presence.
You're full of being enough.
So let that fullness expand in your chest,
In your belly.
Your entire body.
And know that even if the world hasn't reflected this back to you.
You are already home.
And the more you return to this feeling.
The more resilient you become.
And this is not because life stops being hard.
It is because you stop abandoning yourself.
That's why we come again and again to this space.
Because showing up for yourself makes the path lighter.
And because when life gets hard and pulls you away,
This practice brings you back home to who you are.
So let's take one more breath.
And let it be a breath of fullness.
A breath of I am enough.
And when you feel complete.
Let the eyes open gently.
Enjoying this moment.
Not looking to be failed.
Or recognized or be someone.
Join this moment with this overflowing,
Quiet power that is always within you.
Welcome back.
