Learning to Love Yourself Unconditionally is about shifting the way you relate to yourself from criticism and comparison to compassion and acceptance. It begins with embracing imperfection, seeing mistakes as opportunities for growth instead of evidence of failure. By reframing the inner critic into an inner teacher, you create space for learning rather than shame. Another key step is detaching your sense of self-worth from achievements, productivity, appearance, or the approval of others. Your value is not conditional — it’s inherent, simply because you exist. Alongside this, you practice speaking to yourself like a friend. If the words in your mind aren’t ones you would say to someone you love, they don’t belong in how you speak to yourself either. Self-love also grows through small, consistent wins. Celebrating micro-victories with a “done list” helps you acknowledge progress each day, no matter how small. When old wounds surface, you can reparent your inner child by offering the comfort and safety that younger you once needed. Comparison is another obstacle. Limiting social media or shifting focus from “Where am I lacking?” to “What’s possible for me too?” turns envy into inspiration. Finally, forgiveness is essential. Writing letters of forgiveness for past mistakes helps you release guilt and recognize that you did the best you could with the awareness and tools you had at the time. Together, these practices form a foundation for living with deeper compassion, resilience, and unconditional self-love.


Meet your Teacher

Tyler Summers is a board-certified Exponential Health Coach (AADP & ANMCP) with over a decade of experience in wellness education and five years in trauma-informed facilitation. His training includes over 500 hours of clinical study along with doctoral work in Natural Medicine at Quantum University, where he focuses on neuroscience, mindfulness, and integrative healing. He has had the privilege of leading groups in recovery centers, wellness retreats, and meditation workshops across Nashville and beyond. His approach combines brainwave science, meditation, and sound therapy to create safe spaces for deep healing, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-connection. As an award-winning musician, Tyler brings music, binaural beats, and frequency-based practices into transformative experiences. This blend of science and artistry has shaped the wellness technologies he has created, including sleepFAST, an app that reached the Top 25 globally in Apple’s Health and Fitness category. What qualifies Tyler most to teach this course is not only his background but his deep belief that the body holds wisdom and reveals what we are ready to heal when the right conditions are present.
