I’m a board-certified Exponential Health Coach (AADP & ANMCP) with over a decade of experience in wellness education and five years specializing in trauma-informed facilitation. With 515 hours of clinical training and doctoral studies in Natural Medicine at Quantum University, my work bridges neuroscience, mindfulness, and integrative healing. I’ve facilitated groups in recovery centers, wellness retreats, and meditation workshops throughout Nashville and beyond. My approach blends brainwave science, meditation, and sound therapy to create safe spaces where people can access deep healing states, process trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Drawing from my background as an award-winning musician who has performed with artists like Steven Tyler and Aretha Franklin, I integrate music, binaural beats, and frequency medicine into transformative group experiences. I also develop wellness technology, including apps such as sleepFAST, which ranked Top 25 globally in Health & Fitness. At heart, I believe the body holds profound wisdom and reveals what we’re ready to heal when the right conditions are present. Beyond facilitation, I enjoy trail running, studio work, and exploring the latest research on consciousness and healing.

I know about the concept of a small shift, but I loved your example because I was using my newer iPhone to wake me up, but also listen to things at night to rest. But the volume was never at the ideal position for either. Recently because I use my old iPhone as an iPod because it has a chunk of my music and it Bluetooth-es into my car stereo, I tried keeping the volume down on the older phone to listen to “Sizzling Rain” to wind down and sleep. When I tried to do both on the new iPhone, the volume would be too low from the night before to wake me up. By Splitting the two objectives between two sources worked better. But, this morning despite putting the new iPhone at a high volume and requiring me to get up to stop it, its noise isn’t as bothersome enough to get me out of my bed at 5 am especially because I worked beyond 10 pm which I’ve fallen into the habit. But, really love your idea of the “Old Fashioned Alarm Clock, of which I have several because they’ve become harder to find and they are so cheaply made, I’ll need a backup immediately after one breaks. And now that I close my door, the rack of the alarm clock shouldn’t wake others in the house and yet with “Baby” monitor in my Mom’s I can still hear if she needs me. Sorry for the long review. Your talks are always uplifting, encouraging, enjoyable and enlightening. I always look forward to what you have to say! Thanks Tyler!! Wishing you many blessings and those on this journey. Warmly Anne

It's all perspective. When you take the emotion out of the situation/event, it is what it is.
