All right let's take a moment and let's close our eyes
and focus on light,
Golden light.
Just think about golden light and imagine your body
just playing with your imagination.
You can see it as simple as that.
As the body getting filled with golden light.
And you can imagine that the golden light
enters through the crown of the head
and moves first down the spine.
So as you feel your posture,
Just feel this golden light moving from the crown of the head
into the third eye,
Moving down the third eye,
Down to the throat.
Moving down the spine,
Into the heart.
Don't worry if your visualizing skills are not perfect.
Just feeling the presence of light there,
Awareness,
Is enough.
This golden light in the heart moves down slowly into the belly,
Down to the navel,
Down to the area of the pelvis and the sacrum,
All the way down to the pelvic floor.
And even beyond the pelvic floor down into the earth.
And this golden light is a white golden light.
So it's white light with golden sparkles.
And you can see the whole column as a column of light.
And it's radiating this light all around.
And you feel the sparkles of golden light going to every organ,
Every tissue.
Every tissue.
This golden white light column expands,
Becoming more radiant.
And it engulfs your whole body in a column of golden white light.
And as it touches the earth,
This white light has an upward movement.
As it makes connection with the earth,
The current of this light is upward.
So from the base of the spine,
So from the base of the spine,
You feel the energy flowing upward
into the sacrum,
Into the navel,
To the heart,
All the way into the throat.
All the way into the third eye.
And all the way up into the crown of the head.
And it continues all the way up into the center of the galaxy.
And you feel how your body is a channel of energy,
A subtle energy of the heavens.
Imagine like your body has like an antenna and is able to receive these subtle energies.
And bring those energies all the way down into the earth,
To the solidity of the earth.
And it all starts from the level of light and awareness at the crown of the head.
Like your center of cognition.
And then as it moves down to the third eye,
This light of awareness becomes images,
Thoughts.
It takes form.
As your ideas that you have about yourself
and the world,
How you perceive the world through thought and concepts.
And then as this energy moves low into your throat,
It's how you concretize those ideas in words and speech.
It is the same energy of awareness.
And as you bring it down into the heart,
These ideas and thoughts that you believe and speak becomes feeling how you feel.
How you feel about the world,
How you feel about yourself,
How you feel about others.
And as this energy moves down to your navel,
It becomes power,
Energy,
Your physical energy.
Also,
Your identification with the body,
With your individuality,
With being someone,
Your own personal power.
And as this energy moves down to the pelvis,
This energy moves down to the pelvis,
It gets even more identified with the body.
And it's not only power,
But it's this power of regeneration.
How the cells get regenerated.
It's the power of fertility and sexual desire.
It creates life.
And as the energy gets a little bit more dense,
It becomes literally your physical
body manifestation,
The base of the spine.
The intelligence of being in a body,
Connected to the earth,
Grounded in the earth.
Belonging to the earth and humanity.
Belonging to the tribe,
Belonging to the community,
Family.
In that base chakra,
You feel your own solidity.
And as that energy again moves up,
You feel your own vital power,
Like sexual desire,
Your physical connection with the body.
Eroticism,
Physicality.
And as you move higher and higher,
You feel your own
and as you move higher,
It becomes your power of digestion
in the stomach and you feel that.
All this is effortless power.
And as if it goes up the spine,
It becomes your power of relatedness,
Of relation,
Of love.
Of feeling connected.
Can also become the power of fear if you believe you're disconnected.
But when you're aligned with this current of white light,
With this awareness of yourself,
It's the power of love.
And as it goes higher into the throat,
It's your power to speak your truth.
To sing your song.
And as this energy becomes higher,
It becomes your mind power.
Your thinking power,
Your visualizing power.
Your insight power.
And as it reaches the crown of the head,
Once again,
It becomes awareness.
Your own power of self-awareness.
Your own power of self-awareness beyond the thought,
Beyond the words,
Beyond the feeling,
Beyond the body,
Beyond everything that has a shape and form.
You are light.
You are this golden white light.
Blissful in its own true nature.
Free.
Pristine.
Unbound.
Untainted.
Ever new.
Ever luminous.
Light.
That we are.
Why that light coming down into the heart
has chosen to manifest as you.
Coming down into the pelvic floor,
That light has chosen to become
this beautiful world of experience.
And it does this from its own free will,
From your own creative power of joy.
