In this meditation, we are guided to listen deeply to ourselves by using the Mindfulness R.A.I.N. Method. Learning to "Recognize" what is arising within us, "Allow" it fully, "Inquire" with curiosity, and "Nurture" with loving awareness.

Okay,

Let's do a short meditation.

Get in touch with the belly area by putting your right hand on the belly.

And if you do that,

Feel that right away there's an energetic connection between your hand and your belly.

It's like an energy loop.

From your hand into the belly,

And the belly into your heart,

And from the heart once again back into the belly.

Now you can put your left hand on the heart,

Center in the center of the chest.

And feel also an energy loop between the heart and the hand and the heart.

It's like a feedback loop.

You giving energy to your own self.

It's also like you holding yourself.

Self-love.

Self-care.

Just allow yourself to feel the energy loop.

Soften your jaw and your face muscles too.

Feel the spine.

Feel the breath.

Notice where do you feel more energy,

Sensation in the heart or in the belly.

Whichever is more active,

Bring your awareness there.

Feel.

Now you can release your hands and your thighs or your lap.

Just stay feeling that center that you felt more active.

See if you can soften that center.

And become more intimate with it.

There are times when you can actually recognize an emotion,

Tone in that area.

See if you can send loving awareness into that place,

Compassion.

Or bring your awareness to the whole body once again.

Your mind to your feelings.

To whatever you are experiencing this morning as a whole.

And send loving awareness to the different aspects of being.

It's okay to be whatever you feel you are being this morning.

It's okay to feel whatever you are feeling.

What is any change or shift in your own relationship with yourself?

In your internal experience?

See anything?

You.
