All right,
So when I'm tired,
One thing I like to do is to often sense into the tiredness,
Because sometimes when we're tired,
We kind of try to fight it,
The sense of tiredness.
And rather than fight it,
Just recognize it.
And that actually allows for the energy to start moving.
So as you close your eyes and you feel the body as you normally do,
Can you sense where in your body do you feel the sensation of tiredness?
What do you recognize tiredness in you?
What cues are you taking from your body?
There may be a few,
Maybe different areas of the body that feel tired.
Go to the most predominant sensation of tiredness.
Where do you feel it?
The most tangible one.
And as you go into that area of your body,
Just allow it to be,
Let the tiredness be there.
Let yourself be tired.
See if you can soften.
Almost giving yourself permission.
It's okay to be tired.
It's okay to feel this way.
Maybe it's the way of the body saying,
Pay more attention.
And as you breathe in and out,
Stay with the sensation of tiredness.
Notice if there's any movement or shift in the sensation.
Sometimes they shift and sometimes they don't.
Also,
As you feel the sensation,
Do you recognize an emotional tone attached to it?
Can you sense into an emotion associated with a sense of tiredness?
If you do,
Can you send compassionate energy with yourself and that part of you that feels that way?
Can you send compassionate energy with yourself and that part of you that feels that way?
To be compassionate with your own feelings.
Can you be gentle with yourself?
Keep staying with the awareness of the sensations.
You can expand your awareness to feel the whole body.
And then you can go back to any other sensation that speaks of tiredness.
And again,
Become curious.
Is there something I need to let go of?
Is there something I need to let go of?
Is there something I need to let go of?
Is there something I need to let go of?
Is there something I need to accept?
Can you allow everything to be just as it is?
Can you let go of resistance?
And if you can,
Can you feel your own resistance and let it be?
Sometimes feeling my intensive body before diminishing.
Can you be like an open space that allows all the sensations to be as they are?
No control.
Simply allow.
And now see if you can become aware of your own awareness.
The power of awareness.
Underlying your experience.
How aware are you?
An open field of awareness that welcomes everything that you are experiencing.
Even thoughts.
Now come to the breath.
Allow the breath to become deeper.
Yet gentle.
And the breath coming in and out of your nostrils.
Let the breath out.
