It's time to make yourself comfortable,

Whether that be in a seated position or lying down.

Simply bring your awareness to the sounds of the flute and the drum.

Just simply listen,

Observing the sounds of the music,

Allowing the music to help you relax.

And now bring your awareness to your natural breath.

Just notice how you can observe your natural breath without making any changes to it.

Now observe it,

Knowing that you can make changes to it,

Preparing to breathe intentionally in a 4-4 rhythm.

Now take a deep breath in.

Release.

The breath flowing in a smooth and rhythmical pattern.

As we breathe,

We connect with the energy of a powerful archetype of loyalty,

Wisdom,

Leadership,

Strength,

Courage.

Starting to get curious about how you can bring more of this energy into your life.

Harnessing it right now as you breathe in this rhythm.

Stay with your breath.

Focus.

Concentrate.

Only a couple more breaths here.

Now take a deep breath in.

Hold.

And release.

And hold your breath.

Move into a state of stillness as you release into this breath hold.

You are bathing in the beautiful energies of the full moon.

Now take a deep breath in.

Engage the muscles of your pelvic floor as you send this energy up your spine to the crown of your head.

Where these energies connect with the light reflected off the moon.

And release your breath.

Returning to your natural breath.

And let's get ready to breathe in a rhythm again.
