In this guided track to let go of the past and receive new and fresh energy going forward, you'll select an aspect, relationship or period of your life you want to release internal and emotional attachment to (make sure not to choose anything overwhelming) so you can make space to receive new energy and experiences now and in the future. You'll be guided through a grounding exercise, then bring up negative emotions and attachments, gradually feel into and release them, and then bring up positive attachments and emotions, embracing them but also letting go of clinging so you can experience those states more fully in the present.
