Cyrus has developed a plan to help when screen time is negatively impacting your life. For me, it was a source of sadness and anger because the logorhythms for news were overwhelming me. I’m just starting my first week with a clear intention and the tools Cyrus taught me so I am in charge of the screen, not compelled by it. This course is such a great way to become aware of why you use your screen so much. When you’re on the three hour break, it forces you to sit back and notice. It’s a perfect way to do a hard reset, and only takes a few days. So much insight can be gained from it. I love the way Cyrus addresses nearly any situation that could might come up with you and he’s so positive and cheers you on. I highly recommend it for anybody that wants just to see what life is like with the little less stimulation and more presence.

I feel deeply grateful for you offering this course. Despite my inherent dislike of smartphones I have recently got myself so stuck in phone over-use and my whole body was telling me to stop. This course came up in my suggestions and it has been amazing. Thank you so much for this clear system which has allowed me to break free over the four days. I have done this along with your letting go exercises and i am halfway through the Hawkins book you recommend. I really think now that i was using the phone partly as one method of avoiding feeling suppressed emotions. I commit to taking this screen free 3 hour window method forward along with looking more at the whole letting go thing.
