Welcome to the nighttime sleep affirmations to maximize the power of your subconscious mind.
It's recommended to do this affirmation session every night as you're getting ready for bed,
Or while you're in bed just about to drift off to sleep.
You can repeat the affirmations in your head or whisper or speak them out loud.
Repeat them and engage with them during the silences in between the affirmations with as much genuine feeling as you can.
As combining that feeling with the nightly repetition will allow this practice to access the subconscious mind before and during sleep in order to maximize the positive benefits you create from this practice.
I'll be leaving stretches of silence and space in between certain affirmations to give you time to process as needed,
Repeating after me and reflecting in the spaces.
I take time to be grateful for all the good things and moments that happened today.
I acknowledge and let go of anything that happened during the day that I want to let go of.
I take time to think about what I learned today.
I take time to think about how I can improve for tomorrow.
I am taking the consistent daily steps towards my goals.
And I allow myself to feel as if they are already a reality.
Any ideas or plans I need to create what I want will come to me while I sleep.
I allow myself to let go of all worries and concerns for now.
I allow myself to relax every part of my body deeply now.
I will sleep deeply and wake up relaxed and overflowing with positive energy.
