Hello and welcome to the Breathwork Network.
Today's meditation is for connecting to and trusting your higher self.
Your higher self is the part of you that wants the best for you.
It's the part of yourself that doesn't listen to the negative self-talk or the self-criticism.
It's your best self.
Accessing your higher self is knowing that all of the answers you need are within you.
You don't need to search,
You just need to listen and trust.
Listen to my voice now.
Taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
Taking another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and letting it go.
Just putting your hands over your heart right now because when you put your hands over your heart,
You bring awareness into your heart space.
Let's take another deep breath in and release.
I want you to see that every time you exhale,
You're letting go of energy that doesn't serve you anymore.
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation on every breath in and every breath out.
Feeling more of this connection into your heart space.
I invite you to imagine you are in a relaxing room.
You look around and notice you see a door with a sign,
A connection to your higher self and gold writing.
You walk over to this door and notice what the door looks like.
Then put your hand out and open up that door and observe what you see.
You see a stairway going down,
A spiraled stairway into a bright white room.
Now,
What you're going to do is begin to take steps down.
With every step you take,
You are descending into your heart space,
Which is where your higher self connection lies.
You're feeling more and more like you're emerging into your heart center.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into your heart space deep breath into your heart space and release.
Notice how light you feel with every step you take.
Notice what the steps look like.
Put your hand on the handrail as you continue to walk down each and every step.
You arrive into this bright white room.
Look around and observe what it looks like inside.
This is a magical place that you can go anytime you want to connect to your higher self,
A sacred place in your heart.
Now begin to walk around and notice how you feel.
Observe the emotions flowing through your heart space.
Take a moment to let it soak in.
Now is the time to ask your higher self if there is any guidance that they have for you.
Is there any question you would like to ask your higher self?
Maybe you want to ask yourself,
If there's anything in your life that you can do or be that is more aligned with your higher self.
Release.
You're going to be able to observe your thoughts in this room that no longer serve you.
The negative self-talk,
The critical voice,
The negative self-talk,
The critical voice,
Your ego telling you what you should and shouldn't do.
Going to become more aware of this connection of who you really are,
More guided in your life than ever before,
And your higher self is going to be there with you more consciously because your higher self is always there.
All you have to do is listen and trust,
Trust that your higher self has got you.
Breathe into that feeling.
How does that feel when you say,
I trust myself?
I trust myself.
Now,
Imagine your higher self in front of you right now.
Put up your hand to your higher self and what you're going to do is merge with your higher self.
Your higher self is completely merged with you and you feel like this is who you are.
From this point forward,
You'll begin to have new thoughts,
New guidance,
You'll feel more integrated,
Trusting,
More than you ever have before.
You'll be able to observe things in your life from a neutral place.
From this point forward,
You are forever changed.
Notice how you feel.
Breathe into it.
Notice how you feel.
Breathe into it.
You can come back to this space at any time.
It's time to leave this room.
Walk over to the stairs.
You're going to take 10 steps up and when I reach one,
You will be alert,
Present to this moment,
Awake,
Ready to have an amazing day,
Feeling and knowing that you have just shifted your whole life.

Begin to feel more alert,
More present to the moment.

Feeling this energy flow through you.

Feeling it on every inhale and every exhale.

Feeling yourself now begin to move around.

I invite you to congratulate yourself because you have just shifted and merged with your higher self.
From this point going forward,
You will feel like there's more guidance.
You'll be able to observe your thoughts in a completely new way and you have forever changed.
Give gratitude to yourself.
Everything you have learned here today will strengthen who you are.
It may have brought up some unexpected thoughts and feelings,
But it is time to heal and strengthen.
You now have a powerful connection to your higher self.
Trust the guidance you'll receive from your higher self and breathe into it.
Remember you can always come back to this space by placing a hand over your heart and taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Taking one last long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
On the count of five,
Just sitting up and opening your eyes gently.
