And welcome to another guided breathwork session.
Today's session is focused on exciting the body and mind using two techniques,
Super ventilation,
Deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth,
And breath of fire,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Focusing on powerful exhales and allowing the inhale to passively happen.
If you're short on time,
Either in the morning or having a mid-afternoon slump,
Just follow along to the sound of my voice and breath cues.
Sitting up tall with a straight spine,
Closing down the eyes,
Breathing out empty,
Starting with super ventilation in 3,
2,
1,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Relaxed exhale out the mouth,
Deeply in,
Letting it go.
Last few for the session.
Just noticing any tingling and sensations.
Just returning to your natural flow of breathing,
In and out through the nose,
Bringing some movement back to the body,
Shaking it out,
And getting on with the rest of your day.
