This is the third session in the Pathway to Mastery of the One Minute Breath Series.
For today's session,
We're going to build from doing a 7 second box,
In for 7 seconds,
Hold for 7 seconds,
Exhale for 7 seconds,
And hold for 7 seconds,
Then progressing to an 8 second box,
A 9 second,
And finishing off with a 10 second box.
Ideally,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Controlling the breath.
Getting comfortable now,
And let's begin.
