Take some time to get comfortable today.

Being gentle and kind with your body,

Recognizing the moment where you are in your pregnancy.

As you settle down thought,

You settle down your body,

You may find you feel a few extra kicks from inside,

That's perfectly okay.

Take some time here at the start of your session to acknowledge your baby,

To send positivity and love down to their being and give thanks to yourself for sitting in stillness today and practicing patience.

As you take a deep breath,

Opening your mind and acknowledging patience today.

It's not something that comes easily,

Especially not when you're pregnant.

There's so much to look forward to,

So much anticipation and wants.

Trust that it will come exactly when it is supposed to.

While you anticipate the birth of your baby,

Know in your heart that your baby will come in perfect time and in the perfect way.

Patience is the calm acceptance that things can happen in a different order than the one you have in mind.

What a profound thought.

Perhaps your birth plan is already written for you.

Your body knows exactly how to bring your baby into this world.

With an open heart and a clear mind,

Tap into your intuition.

Be patient with your process.

You can't rush something that you want to last forever.

That moment that you become a mother is one you will never be able to replace.

Don't rush it.

See that moment in your mind as clear as if it were in front of you.

Feel the rush of endorphins,

The abundant joy and happiness that overcomes you as the moment reaches when your baby is born.

That moment,

That beautiful moment will last for your entire life.

Don't rush it.

Don't rush these moments of pregnancy,

Those quiet moments when you feel an extra kick or two,

Even the sleepless nights and the countless trips to the bathroom.

They will come and go quicker than you think.

While it may seem like it's taking forever right now,

That the days and the weeks are just dragging on,

Have patience.

That moment of birth is coming soon.

Your pregnancy is a journey.

If you got everything that you wanted all at once,

There'd be no point to the birth.

Enjoy the journey.

Enjoy each moment.

Find that there is a bigger picture,

A larger purpose that's waiting for you.

And remain calm.

Your birth is within reach.

All you have to do is show up every day with an open heart and a clear mind,

With patience and resolve.

Staying true to your path and who you are.

As you settle into the final moments of your practice today,

Bringing to mind any challenges that you may be facing in your pregnancy right now here in this moment.

Having some objective,

Inquisitive awareness and thinking to yourself how being patient might change your reaction,

Might change how you feel about that challenge.

Trust your process.

Trust your instincts.

Allow your breath to slow.

Your heart to open even wider.

And have patience.

Staying true to your path and who you are.

And remain calm.

Enjoy each moment.

And remain calm.

Staying true to your path and who you are.

And remain calm.

Staying true to your path and who you are.

And remain calm.

Staying true to your path and who you are.

And remain calm.

Staying true to your path and who you are.

And remain calm.

Staying true to your path and who you are.
