As you prepare for your session today,

Find a comfortable position.

If you choose to sit,

Sit with your feet planted firmly on the ground,

Supported by the earth beneath you,

A cushion tucked in the small of your back.

And if you choose to lie down,

Put a cushion in the crook of your knees.

Take a deep breath,

Let it swirl around your belly.

Today we will seek to open up your intuitive nature,

Your third eye,

Your all-knowing and beautiful soul.

If at any time you become distracted,

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Allow it to guide you to be your constant.

You showed up in these moments without effort,

Without knowing exactly what you need.

You still came.

That is your intuition.

That is your gift.

It lives deep inside of you.

You can call on it whenever you need it.

This thing that we call intuition is very simply our soul.

You can trust it.

It will never lead you astray.

Be smart.

Be brave.

Breathe into your intuition today,

Waking up that third eye.

Picture a flower sitting right there on your forehead,

A dark inky blue color.

The flower starts closed.

Just a simple,

Humble little bud waiting to open to share its magic with the world.

As you start to feel the energy in your third eye,

Your flower starts to open petal by petal,

Inch by inch.

And somehow all at once,

Your whole being feels alive.

You feel as though you've been awake for the very first moment.

This is a new you,

A new beginning.

You have been called to do something incredible.

And while you may not know what that is just yet,

It's going to be amazing.

And you,

You beautiful soul,

Are going to be magnificent.

As you quiet your mind and you open up that third eye,

You're able to hear intuition over fear.

Break down those boundaries.

Let go of those judgments.

Stop worrying about what others think,

What others want for you,

And turn your thoughts inward.

What is it that you want?

What sets your soul on fire?

Fear should never stand in the way of living your heart's desire,

Of being true to who you are,

Of being in tune with your intuition and that voice inside that will lead you to greatness.

Trust your intuition.

You don't need to explain or justify your feelings to anyone.

Just trust your own inner guidance.

It knows best.

Ify your soul by trusting yourself.

Be brave enough to travel the unknown path and learn what you are truly capable of.

And even if your voice shakes,

Speak your truth.

You're being guided to do something that is bigger than you,

Bigger than me,

Bigger than our children.

You have a magic inside of you and it will all start by speaking your truth and following that beautiful intuition that lives inside of you.

You're an amazing human being and your life is so incredibly blessed.

You are worthy of all things wonderful.

As you grow and learn each day,

Let go of regret.

Be done with disappointment.

Push fear aside as these things hold you to the here and now and prevent you from being your truest and highest self.

You do not need to compete against anyone else or seek to be better than anyone else.

You are perfectly made.

You are wonderful just the way that you are.

No one else will be able to measure quite to the same level of magic as what you have.

Aspire only to be a better person than who you were yesterday.

Here in this space,

You are safe and you are grounded.

That beautiful indigo flower opens for you at exactly the right moment,

Calls you to something higher.

And in your truest of hearts,

You know exactly what that is.

Breathing,

Finding answers in the quiet,

You radiate beauty and light.
