Namaste,

Welcome to this meditation inspired by the full moon in Taurus which invites you to find balance in your experience of both the richness of earthly life and the liberation of spiritual insight.

In this meditation you will be invited to spend some time in self-inquiry,

To listen to your quiet inner voice,

To find the answers that will,

In practice,

Manifest abundant peace into your everyday experience.

Find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths,

Filling yourself with life energy and on each exhale release any tension and worries you may be holding on to.

Settle yourself into this moment,

This time is for you.

Listen to your natural soft breathing.

At this time you may feel a pull between two distinct energies,

One that finds joy in the simplicity of daily tasks and tangible achievements and another that seeks depth,

Transformation and the mysteries beneath the surface.

The former offer stability and peace by focusing on fulfilling emotional needs through practical grounded experience such as a walk in nature,

Time with loved ones or meaningful work.

The latter draws you into the complexities of the unknown,

Embracing change,

Challenge and spiritual growth as vital to uncovering spiritual truths.

Both energies serve a purpose as each ultimately points you back to the same source,

Your true self,

Which lies beyond any particular expression or pursuit.

Balancing these energies requires a willingness to embrace both the grounding peace of practical fulfillment and the transformative depth of self-inquiry.

By recognizing that your true self is untouched by the ebb and flow of these energies,

You can hold space for each without being limited by either.

Until the goal,

Contemplate how you can nurture this balance of the richness of earthly life and the liberation of spiritual insight by rooting yourself in stillness,

Allowing the clarity of pure awareness to guide you,

Bringing harmony and equanimity into every aspect of your everyday experience.

When time is taken for self-inquiry,

With an awareness of your unchanging true nature,

Exploring and acknowledging your emotions becomes a liberating experience rather than a source of confusion or conflict.

The recognition that your true self is boundless,

Peaceful consciousness allows you to observe emotions with calm detachment,

Understanding them as passing experiences rather than personal limitations.

This awareness naturally brings a sense of oneness and harmony into relationships as it is realized that all beings share this same unchanging essence.

By practically choosing peace in each interaction,

A more harmonious and connected life is nurtured,

Though ultimately peace is not something to achieve,

It is your true nature.

Until the goal,

Bring to mind any strong emotion you've recently experienced,

Observing it without judgment.

As you witness the feeling,

Recognize that there is a deeper silent awareness that notices this emotion without becoming entangled in it.

Reflect on how this awareness,

Your true nature,

Remains completely peaceful and unaffected even as emotions come and go.

Observe how this brings a natural calmness.

In the practice of self-reflection on your true self,

Deep revelations can begin to unfold,

Each one shedding light on what lies beneath your everyday thoughts and emotions.

By turning inward and observing the pure awareness that is ever-present,

You may come to see yourself not as a limited being defined by past experiences,

Roles or identities,

But as unchanging consciousness.

This recognition brings a lasting sense of peace,

Offering stability and grounding amid life's ever-changing dynamics.

Being a deep awareness of your true self allows you to experience life without being consumed by it.

Emotional balance naturally arises providing you with a stable foundation from which you can interact with the world.

This deeper awareness often stirs a strong desire to transcend the old patterns that may have created tension or disharmony in your relationships.

When the true self is recognized,

You begin to perceive it in others,

Bringing more compassion,

Empathy and a desire to uplift those around you.

There is a subtle yet powerful shift from a focus on personal gain to a sincere interest in collective harmony.

Old habits and reactions born from insecurity and fear begin to dissolve,

Replaced with a more inclusive perspective that values connection and understanding.

In time,

This understanding becomes the basis for more fulfilling and harmonious relationships as you become less influenced by past hurts and more attuned to the well-being of others.

Until the gong,

Three invitations will be given.

Firstly,

Direct your awareness inward,

Focusing on the silent,

Observing presence that notices all thoughts and feelings without reacting to them.

Reflect on the way this presence remains unchanged regardless of life's challenges,

Always steady and open.

As you sense this inner stability,

Gently consider how freeing it would feel to live from this place of equanimity,

Free from limiting patterns and reactions.

Resting in this awareness may reveal a new perspective on your purpose,

A natural inclination to support others and a deep-seated joy in uplifting those around you.

Where in this expanded awareness,

Life itself becomes a reflection of your true self,

Radiating stability,

Compassion and purpose.

Engagement with others and the universe in a genuine,

Limitless,

Uplifting manner is liberating and practically brings peace and harmony to your day,

Every day.

Bring your attention to your soft breathing.

Until the gong,

As a practice of deep gratitude,

Celebrate and honour the abundance of the richness that is within you and surrounds you,

Align with the truth that you are already whole.

Through the knowledge of the abundant peace which is your true self,

You are able to become less attached to the ebbs and flows of the material realm,

Bringing freedom,

Harmony and unity into your everyday experience.

In your own time,

Gently open your eyes.

As you continue on your spiritual journey,

It can be helpful to revisit this meditation,

Allowing the insights to deepen and take root within,

Each session providing a new opportunity to deepen the understanding of the undisturbable peace that you are.
