In this experiential meditation,

You are accessing the alpha state of mind.

This is best done in the morning.

Accessing this brain state is useful for clarity,

Creativity,

Relaxation,

Connecting into a higher version of self,

And visualizing your goals and desires.

The intention of an experiential meditation is to have an experience,

To transcend,

To separate from the body,

And to connect into the ancient knowledge of sound and brain entrainment.

Using more of your mind to access knowledge.

In an experiential meditation,

You have to believe that you are strengthening your connection,

Accessing deeper levels,

Trusting the power of the music you hear in the back as you settle into a comfortable state.

Take six breaths together.

Breathe deeply.

Breathe in.

Breathe in again.

Breathe in for a count of six.

Breathe in again.

Breathe in.

Allow yourself to continue breathing naturally.

Just relax.

First tense each area,

Stretching them to raise your thigh.

Squeeze and tense your lower abdomen.

Tense your chest.

Fingers out to tighten.

Bring your shoulders up and in.

Stretch your face to tense it,

Closing your eyes.

Squeezing all the muscles of the face.

Head to toe.

Any remaining.

Project a beam of light entering the top of your head.

Notice how relaxed and peaceful you feel.

A state of relaxation.

A sense of calm.

Continue to breathe deeply.

The screen represents the door to your reality.

Sink deeper.

Project the image you desire.

Building it every day as you visualize any expectations or judgment.

As you continue to resulting in bodily sensation.

Sit in silence while the experience is different.
