Let your attention draw inward.
Let your shoulders come down.
Take a deep breath in and a slow release out.
One more time.
Deep breath in and slow release out.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
Knowing that your body already knows exactly what to do to support you.
The world will do its best to distract you today.
It will try its hardest to pull your attention in every direction.
It will ask you to deplete the already scant reserves you are trying to pour from,
And the world will have you question your worth when you are not able to keep up with its relentless demands.
I am inviting you instead to be here now,
In this moment.
I am inviting you to affirm your worthiness now,
In this moment.
Repeat after me.
I am worthy of my own love and attention.
I am worthy of receiving support.
The work I do is valuable.
The contributions I make matter.
I value myself as a human.
I am already enough.
I love myself as I am today.
I define my own success.
I decide my own worthiness.
Notice if any of these affirmations feel strange or uncomfortable for you to repeat.
Notice any obstacles that want to float up and prevent you from connecting to these truths,
Not berating yourself in any way,
Simply creating awareness.
Take another deep inhale and another slow exhale.
Allow yourself to release the idea that your worth is something somebody else gets to decide.
Allow yourself to embrace the truth that your worth is indisputable.
There are no boxes to check,
No evidence to collate,
No case to present.
You are already worthy.
I am already worthy.
