Meet your Teacher

Skylar Liberty Rose is a writer, coach, and pro-aging advocate helping women embrace their 40s and 50s with passion and purpose. Through courses, coaching, and circles, she offers midlife women an opportunity to smash ageist stereotypes, challenge a culture of anti-aging, and create meaningful change in their lives. Skylar’s work has been highlighted by numerous high-profile sites and her documentary diary, A Woman in the World, is featured in the U.S. National Women’s History Museum.
