Welcome,

Please be comfortable and close your eyes if you'd like to.

Notice how your body is feeling in this moment.

Notice any knots of tightness or areas of resistance and with every exhale,

See if you can release some of that tension.

Breath by breath,

Beginning to let go.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Finding a rhythm that feels natural and easy for you.

Draw your attention inward towards your heart space.

If you'd like to,

You can place a hand over your heart.

As you inhale,

Imagine your heart opening,

Softening,

Filling with love.

And as you exhale,

Continuing to release any tension,

Allowing that love to flow through every cell,

Every tissue,

Every muscle.

Your body is listening.

Your body is open to receiving.

So let's offer some words of nourishment to your heart,

To your whole body,

To reaffirm who you are and all that you are capable of being.

Please repeat after me.

I contribute to the world in meaningful ways.

Every obstacle is an opportunity to grow.

I learn something from every experience.

I already have everything I need to be successful.

I stand tall in strength and confidence.

I am free from self-doubt.

I believe in myself and all that I can be.

I lovingly accept all of who I am.

Take a deep inhale and a soft,

Slow exhale.

One more time,

Deep breath in and slow,

Gentle release out.

Imagine your heart space responding to the words of affirmation you just poured into yourself.

Your heart full of love,

A beautiful golden glow that warms the rest of your body.

Knowing you are enough,

So much more than enough.

And that warmth,

That glow will continue to radiate throughout your body for the rest of the day.

Those affirming words flowing through you with every breath,

Every heartbeat,

Every thought,

Every action.

No matter what happens in the outside world,

What spaces of conflict or challenge you might find yourself in,

You can always steer yourself back towards the truth that lives at the heart of you.

It's only ever a breath away.

In your own time,

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing your awareness back to the space you're in.
