This is a meditation to keep you sane in a world gone mad.
The world seems like it's going crazy and in order for you not to go crazy with it,
You need to be able to step off the world for a little while.
To disconnect from everything else but yourself so you can recharge yourself,
Recharge your heart,
Your mind and your soul to stop you getting sucked into all the madness,
The wars,
The discrimination,
The hatred,
The need to be right,
The need to prove other people wrong,
Fear and the craving for control that comes with fear,
The constant opinions and judgements,
Constantly being told a truth that's not your own,
Constantly being told what to do to fit in and have a happy life,
Constantly being told what to believe by hundreds and thousands of people who will never agree with each other,
The constant influx of information on social media.
It's all there disconnecting you from yourself and you get sucked in so deeply that you forget the truth of life and who you are altogether.
But not now,
Not in this moment now.
In this moment,
On this audio healing journey with me,
You're going to give yourself some reprieve.
You're going to pause life just for a moment so you can breathe.
Just for a few minutes with me,
I'm asking you to give yourself permission to let go of all of it,
Just for a little while.
Let go of everything so you can recharge your battery,
So you can give your heart some love and give your mind some rest and give your soul some hope.
The chaos stops here,
This very moment.
All that exists is you and me in this space together.
Everything quiet,
Just the sound of my voice.
Everything else in the world is on mute.
All movement is on pause.
Everything has stopped and we can breathe.
So all I want you to do now in this pause,
In this quiet,
Is to take some deep breaths with me.
As deep as you can,
Breathing in through your nose,
Pausing for a moment and then letting everything go with an audible sigh out your mouth.
Deep breath in now,
Gathering up all the chaos in the world that sits heavy on your mind.
Pause and then just allow yourself to release it.
And again,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Gathering up all fear,
Anxiety,
Overwhelm and sadness.
Pause and let it all go.
And one more deep breath in,
Gathering up anything inside of you that does not serve your highest good.
Pause and sigh everything out now.
And just return to your normal breath.
Now that we paused the world for a moment,
Just be here with yourself in this space.
I thought this would be the perfect time for us to connect to the things we'd miss in the world if it stayed on pause forever.
If you were to stay here in this stillness and quiet for eternity,
What would you miss most about the world?
I'm going to play a song now and all I want you to do is to dream.
During this song,
I just want you to lose yourself in all the things that you would miss most about the world.
Lose yourself in those things,
Those moments,
That part of living life that you wouldn't want to live without.
The seasons,
The sun warming your skin,
The breeze kissing your face,
The birth of a child,
The sound of laughter from those you love,
The sweetness of an apple,
Holding hands,
A hot drink in the morning,
Sitting by a fire.
Whatever it is for you that makes life sweet,
Think about all those things right now.
In order to survive the chaos and madness in the world,
You need to remember the sweetness of life and keep it safe in your heart because that's what will stop you from crumbling into pieces.
That's what will stop you from ever losing hope.
No matter what,
Never forget the beauty in life and in this world.
No matter how dark it gets,
Keep that light alive within you because by doing so,
That light illuminates out of you and gives others a sense of hope,
Strength,
Connection and love.
Keeping the magic of life in your heart means that you vibrate at the frequency of that magic and the more of us that can vibrate at the frequency of hope,
Beauty and love,
Then the more hope we have of finding a completely new way to be.
A new way of being that can have a positive and profound impact on this world,
Even amongst all the madness and all the chaos.
We need to be the difference.
We need to hold on to hope.
We need to hold on to our light no matter what.
So remember this moment now.
Remember this when you are surrounded by the craziness of the world and it feels unbearable.
Give yourself permission to just pause,
To step away and to connect to yourself and the good things in this world.
Just play some beautiful music,
Close your eyes,
Delve into yourself and remember all the things you'd miss if the world wasn't here.
That's the energy we need to be tapping into.
The energy of light.
The energy of hope.
The energy of all the beautiful moments we've lived and experienced.
The delicious things we've tasted.
And the glorious things we've heard.
The beauty we've seen.
Never forget those things.
Always remember to tap into the energy of those things.
Because I believe if we could all tap into that energy,
Then we could change the whole world.
We've come to the end of this audio healing journey.
So now I'm going to unmute the world and take life off pause.
As we return back to the present moment.
And you are not quite the same as when we started this journey ten or so minutes ago.
You're shining that little bit brighter now.
That light is within you.
That remembrance of the beauty of life that is always there.
