Welcome to this meditation to start your day with clarity and focus.

I'm Sarah Senecroce and I'll be your guide today.

I'm recording this meditation on a cloudy December day from my home office in Switzerland.

This is your moment to clear your mind,

Prioritize what matters and set an intentional tone for the day ahead.

Let's begin.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position either seated or lying down with your hands resting gently in your lap or at your sides.

If it feels safe,

Gently close your eyes,

Maybe you have already,

And then take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment and now slowly exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or mental clutter.

Take another deep breath in,

This time imagine that you're breathing in clarity and focus.

Hold it briefly and as you exhale let go of distractions or scattered thoughts and just allow your mind to settle into a calm clear state,

Kind of like the snow settling in one of those shake snowballs.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Notice how your body feels today as you prepare to begin this new day.

Starting at the top of your head,

We'll scan down through your body,

Softening any areas of tension.

Let's start with your forehead.

Relax your forehead,

Your brow and all the tiny muscles around your eyes.

Unclench your jaw and let your shoulders from your ears.

Now feel your chest rise and fall gently with your breath.

Soften your belly and feel how your arms and hands get heavier and heavier and heavier.

Now also allow this relaxation to flow down your legs all the way to your toes and really feel your body supported,

Steady and grounded.

Now imagine yourself standing in front of a clear still pool of water.

The surface reflects the sky above,

Serene and open.

With each breath,

Picture the ripples of your thoughts settling until the water is smooth and calm.

As the water clears,

Envision the most important tasks for your day rising to the surface gently and without overwhelm.

See yourself approaching each task with focus and ease,

Moving through them one at a time with precision and presence.

Now take a moment to set an intention for your day.

What would it feel like to move through your tasks with a sense of clarity and calm?

Let this intention settle into your mind like a guiding light for your day.

Take another deep breath and as you exhale,

Silently repeat the following affirmations after me.

My mind is clear and focused.

I approach today's tasks with ease and intention.

I trust my ability to prioritize what matters most.

I create clarity and balance in all that I do.

Really feel these affirmations becoming your truth,

Anchoring you in focus and purpose for the day ahead.

Now think of one small action that can bring clarity to your day.

Maybe it's organizing your workspace,

Taking a moment to write down the three top priorities,

Or simply pausing to breathe between tasks.

What's the action that you're feeling called to do to bring your clarity today?

Take one more deep breath,

Filling your body with the sense of clarity and and readiness.

Really feel the energy of focus and precision within you,

Steady and uplifting as you prepare to step into your day.

But before you do,

Just enjoy another moment of stillness and this focus that you've created.

Feel the clarity you've cultivated,

Holding you gently and preparing you to move through the day with confidence and ease.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath and just let your body breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.

And now slowly start to bring your awareness back to the present moment,

The present moment,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and carry the sense of clarity and focus with you as you move through your day.

Namaste Welcome back.

Thank you so much for spending this time with me today.

I wish you a amazing day with lots of clarity and focus.

Take care.
