Okay,
Find a comfortable position now where you can relax and focus.
And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe and start to connect with your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Continue breathing deeply,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Inhale and exhale.
As you settle into your breath,
Start to imagine a calm and serene space around you.
In this peaceful environment,
You have the freedom to explore and visualize the life you truly want.
Begin to picture your ideal life in vivid detail.
Imagine your surroundings,
Your daily routines and the people who are a part of your world.
What does your perfect day look like?
How do you feel as you go through your day?
Visualize yourself fully engaged in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.
See yourself achieving your goals,
Surrounded by supportive relationships and living in alignment with your values.
Feel the satisfaction and contentment of living a life that reflects your deepest desires.
As you hold this vision,
Start to notice the emotions and sensations that arise.
How does it feel to live this ideal life?
Where do you feel these sensations in your body?
How does your mind feel?
How does your heart feel?
How does your belly feel?
Allow these feelings to fill you with a sense of purpose and clarity.
And now,
Affirm to yourself and maybe repeat after me.
I am my life's architect.
I am creating a life that reflects my true desires.
I am capable of shaping my world according to my vision.
I honor my journey and embrace my path.
You can design the life you want.
It is your life.
Every choice you make,
Every action you take,
And every thought you nurture contributes to the creation of your personal journey.
Your energy is the driving force behind this design.
It is the essence that fuels your dreams,
The spark that ignites your passions and the momentum that propels you forward.
Your energy is your life force and it's worth protecting.
You are the architect of your life.
Let this sink in a little longer and just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,
A place where you go to feel your true self,
Secure,
Grounded,
And a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.
