Welcome to this morning meditation for when you're feeling overwhelmed.
I'm Sara Zanacroce and I'll be your guide today.
If you're feeling overwhelmed,
Like life is asking a bit too much,
This meditation is hopefully here to help you pause,
Reset and find your center again.
Overwhelmed can feel like everything is too much,
Like you need to be everything to everyone.
Maybe your to-do list feels endless or you're juggling more than you can handle.
But you don't need to have it all figured out right now.
You don't need to be perfect.
Just take one thing at a time,
One breath at a time.
Take a deep breath in and feel that air filling you with clarity and calm.
You are capable even when it feels hard.
You have moved through challenges before and you will do so again.
Today,
Focus on what's right in front of you.
The next small step,
Not the whole mountain.
Now imagine yourself standing tall,
Your feet firmly rooted in the earth and really feel that solid connection beneath you.
You are grounded.
You are resilient,
Even when the world feels chaotic around you.
There is a steadiness inside you that no amount of overwhelm can shake.
Take another deep breath and with your exhale,
Let go of any tension in your shoulders,
Your chest and even your mind.
You are here.
You are enough.
You don't need to carry the weight of the world on your own.
What you need today is already within you.
Your wisdom,
Your resilience,
Your care,
And your ability to take things one moment at a time.
As you breathe,
Feel that sense of inner calm spread through your body.
There is nothing today that you cannot face with grace,
One small step at a time.
Show up for yourself and trust that you are exactly where you need to be.
You are doing great.
Now,
Just enjoy this moment of rest,
Of breathing space in your own personal inner sanctuary.
Feel that sense of calm washing over you,
Grounding you for the day ahead.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying with you that calm,
That clarity and the confidence that you can take on today,
No matter what.
