Welcome to this Morning Glow Meditation.
I'm Sara Senecroce and I'll be your guide today.

Let's get started.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position.
Maybe you're sitting cross-legged or in a chair with your feet on the ground.
Or maybe you prefer lying down.
And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
Now take one deep cleansing breath in,
Inviting in the newness of the day as you fill your body with air.
And exhale it out all the way,
Bringing your breath into a comfortable,
Easy rhythm now.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Start by feeling the temperature of the air on your skin,
The clothes that are touching your body,
The surface beneath you that's supporting you.
And now bring your awareness to gravity,
The external force all around you,
Connecting you to this world.
And just surrender to this force.
Feel grounded and supported.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out,
In and out.
Be here right now,
Noticing that when a thought comes up for you,
Just letting it go and coming back to the present moment.
Today is a new day.
You have the opportunity to start fresh right here,
Right now.
You can invite in love,
Gratitude,
And joy.
And you can give kindness,
Grace,
And more love.
And the source of all of it is inside of you.
Take a deep breath and sense the comfort and warmth at your core.
Imagine a vibrant sphere of light radiating a spectrum of colors from within.
Let yourself smile and relax,
Embracing this as your true essence,
Your unique and personal glow.
Feel the lightness,
The joy,
The gratitude.
You glow.
And now think about how you can take your glow into your day.
Your hugs,
Your words,
Your actions,
They can all give light to others.
Your glow can help ignite someone else's glow.
You can be their lighthouse.
Just envision those you love stepping into your light and how good it makes them feel.
And how good that makes you feel.
And see how your glow gets brighter together.
You are meant to shine.
Just bask in your own personal glow for a little longer.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.
Be ready for this new day,
Carrying with you your inner glow and lighting up everyone around you.
