Samaneri Jayasara

Samaneri Jayasāra is a Buddhist nun in the Theravadin Forest Tradition. She has studied and practiced Buddhism and meditation in various capacities for over 35 years. She has a PhD and Masters degree in Education focusing on comparative spiritual traditions, Buddhism and psychotherapy. Jayasāra resides at Viveka Hermitage in NSW, Australia.

Calm, soothing voice and periodic guidance, focusing first on external sounds as they come and go, and then focusing on thoughts in the same way, observe it as they come and go.
