Prayer Of Light ~ Metta Meditation ~ Bodhicitta

This is a Universal Prayer for any spiritual/religious context and practice. It focuses on developing and generating loving-kindness (metta), peace (equanimity), and light (wisdom, joy). It is both a healing and protective prayer for both self and others. If practiced with ease, presence, and sincerity it is very powerful and transformative.

It can be used to engender the sublime qualities of love, peace, and light - to radiate these in all directions - to all beings and to the entire universe.
