Soft Encounters | Part Two: Jan

This response includes a guided meditation. Part of Jan's sharing: I write today because I am deeply grateful for these moments of expansion and peace. A recent change in a precious relationship has left me feeling untethered and ungrounded. These sessions with you, Ruben, are helping me experience my perceptions and emotions with deep compassion and softness. How powerful the word “softness” has become to me!
