Let's start by taking a deep breath.
Ah,
Yeah,
And slowly out.
And another one in.
And out.
And one more time,
Deep breath in.
Ah,
Yeah.
And here we are,
Aren't we?
Even without thinking,
Suddenly we can notice that we are,
That something without any thought already is present.
And this presence kind of takes away all trouble in life,
All our worries,
Doubts.
If we stop emphasizing any thought right now,
Maybe some images arise,
Stuff that seems to be going on in your life,
Things that seem to be repeating itself,
That are quite hard to handle.
If we,
In this timeless moment right now,
Choose to no longer emphasize any of that.
Keeping your eyes closed and moving your hands aside as if you're opening curtains.
Suddenly,
The light comes in,
Slowly opening the curtains.
Putting your hands to rest again.
Noticing your hands tingling.
So much aliveness,
So much light coming your way right now.
Your breath slowing down.
No more emphasis on all that seems to be going on in your life.
Choosing to focus for a bit on this light that just came to you,
Behind the curtains.
All this light coming your way.
Can you feel it?
Breathe it in.

Noticing your hands again.
As soon as thoughts seem to be taking over again,
Just simply turn back to this light that keeps pouring in.
It might even bring a smile on your face,
As it does right now with me.
So much light palpable.
This light,
Our essence,
Showing us that life is to be trusted fully.
And you might not always notice this,
Because we all know that life can be really tough.
Yeah,
But maybe today,
Maybe,
And how beautiful would this be?
Maybe today,
When somehow you are not feeling very well,
Or when life seems to be undoable.
Maybe in that moment,
Suddenly,
You remember to open the curtains again.
Placing your hands in front of you,
Then reaching out to the curtains and opening,
Slowly opening.
Your hands,
Left and right,
Opening the curtains.
Breathing in this beautiful light,
Still opening the curtains to the side.
And then,
Resting your hands again,
Putting things down.
And placing your attention on the light that is pouring in.
The breath again,
Releasing all tension,
All doubt.
The light blowing away all doubt,
All fear.
And there we are again,
One could say home.
This beautiful light of our being,
The true essence of what we are,
Is shown,
Is felt,
Is seen,
Is known.
We are home.
And can it be so easy,
Can it be so easy to be home,
To notice home?
To experience this beautiful warmth in our heart,
Even when times seem to be very stressful.
And maybe even,
Especially in those moments,
After listening today,
Suddenly,
You notice yourself opening the curtains,
While interacting with others or while doing the dishes and being caught up in thinking again,
Not feeling too good,
Feeling stressed,
Negative or depressed even.
Moment to moment opening these curtains,
Noticing the light coming in.
In those moments no longer experiencing this heavy weight on your shoulders.
And in the beginning this might be a short moment,
But how beautiful and what a radical shift,
If this happens many times a day.
The light coming in.
So one more time,
Let's place our hands together,
Right in front of you,
Reaching out again to the curtains,
Slowly opening.
More spaciousness palpable,
So much light,
So much love,
So much warmth.
May you open the curtains many times a day,
From now on in your life.
