And when it does so,
You might notice there's no trouble there.
This spacious heart is just open,
Wide open,
Loving,
Soft,
Warm.
So all the worries,
All the insecurities,
Or all doubt,
It just is very welcome.
It's just very welcome.
Can you somehow sense this right now?
It's okay,
All insecurity,
All doubt,
All pain,
All grief,
It can be here.
And maybe some emotions seem to be unbearable,
If that's the case for you right now,
See if you can bring some softness into all that you're feeling.
And bring all to this beautiful,
Spacious heart.

It's safe,

Can you somehow sense that you are safe?
You might want to take a deep breath again.
The essence of all,
The source of it all,

And never ever affected by anything.

Something seems to be carrying all that seems to be so hard for you,
Holding it.
This that seems to be so difficult for you in life,
It seems to be breathing.
There's more air coming through,
Maybe even a lightness,

And as you're dropping deeper and deeper,
You might notice a relaxation happening within the body.

This that seems to be so difficult for me in life,
There's some more space.
Hmm,
Interesting.
Just by inviting it into this warm heart,
Into this spacious awareness,
Somehow,
That which seems to be so difficult in life,

Feels more welcome,
Feels more okay,
Less intense maybe.
As you drop in deeper,
Just investigate if this is true for your specific body-mind system.
Can you somehow tap into this spacious okayness of life?
And if you can,
Can you notice that your so-called troubles,
Your grief,
Your insecurity,
Your doubt,
Your deep,
Deep pain,
Can you somehow notice that it's maybe even slightly more welcome?
Just a little bit.
Just a little bit more breath.
Just a little bit more ease or understanding.
Hmm,
Dropping deeper and deeper,
So to speak.
Inviting all that seems to be difficult to just come along.
Hmm,
All the images that are arising maybe from your past as a young child.
All that seemed to be going on,
All the stress that you've been experiencing,
Maybe panic or depression or total despair,
All is now welcome to travel along into this spacious,

Loving awareness.
And as you pay more attention to what actually seems to be going on here,
You might be able to notice that somehow all seems to be more silent.
Ahh,
The thinking mind becoming more quiet.
Check to see if this is also the case for your body-mind system.
Can you enjoy the silence,
The spaciousness?
Can you maybe enjoy being less identified as being this person?
And now as we drop deeper and deeper,
Imagine all these emotions and all the thoughts and all that seems to be so difficult.
Imagine all to be slowly fading away.
Hmm,
More spaciousness.
You might want to investigate how this is experienced.
How does this feel?
All troubles dissolving,
Fading away.
Ahh,
Into this beautiful silent space.
No judgements.
Breathing happening automatically in and out.
Can you somehow feel the spaciousness?
Can you somehow know that you still are?
Also without all these troubles,
Feelings,
Sensations.
Emotions.
Insecurities.
If these are no longer here,
How is life experienced?
Or you might want to ask yourself the question,
Would that be nice?
How would that be if my whole body-mind system can rest?

Because we all know in life there will be challenges.

New situations that might make you feel unclear.
That's just life as it is.

That is soft,
Loving.

Non-judgmental.
Imagine yourself to move through life and noticing this again and again.
Noticing that something is okay,
Is non-judgmental,
Is at ease,
Peaceful.
And especially non-judgmental.
Very helpful to notice this in life.
Because our tendency to judge all that seems to be going on is so palpable,
So visible.
Wouldn't it be beautiful if we can be less judgmental towards ourselves and others?
This worldly stuff just more and more dropping in like we just did.
Inviting all that seems to be going on,
Bringing it to the heart,
To this beautiful spacious awareness.

And as we travel moment to moment.
Maybe,
Maybe we can feel that we in our essence are truly okay.
Silent,
Peaceful.
Beautiful,
