Truly enjoyed however felt rushed a bit slowing down for more time to discuss with oneself would have been helpful. - maybe I just needed more time to say more than some to myself. It was still an excellent practice. Thank you!

I appreciate the uprooting of undconscious beliefs in this meditation. Very helpful 🙏 I wonder if there are similar meditations for health and for relationships, exploring in a similar way? I also loved the series centered around worthiness. Thank you! 🙏

Pretty hard actually. I struggled a bit with collecting my thoughts and saying what I wanted to say to myself before the next question, but I know that you need to fit into a particular time or people probably won't do it. 🤷‍♀️
