This is Rebecca MacLean.
Today's topic is worthiness.
Feel yourself relaxing into wherever you are,
Whatever surface you are sitting or laying on,
And take a nice deep breath.
Wherever that breath goes in your body,
Just notice it.
If it goes all the way down to your toes,
If it stays just up in your throat,
Just notice where your breath is going.
And then take another deep breath,
Feeling your breath going all the way down to the tips of your toes,
Bringing all that nice clean air into your body.
With your next breath,
Feel your awareness go down inside your body.
And just remember there's no way to do this wrong,
And there's no way to do it more right.
Whatever is showing it for you is exactly right.
Notice what it's like to feel your body breathing from the inside,
Feeling your body expand and return.
Now your imagination is going to call forth a resource,
Something safe,
Loving,
And powerful,
Something or someone that provides you wisdom,
Guidance,
And safety.
And whatever just pops into your mind,
Just receive it as best you can.
Whether it's a deity of your faith,
A person that you know,
Maybe a wise and loving ancestor,
Or even your older wiser self,
Whatever is showing up for you is exactly right for you.
Feel what it feels like to have this resource with you.
Your imagination is going to show you in your body where you carry the feeling of worthiness.
And wherever that is,
Whether it makes sense or doesn't make sense,
If it's in your body,
Outside your body,
Around your body,
Wherever it is,
Just notice it.
Notice how much space that energy of worthiness is taking up.
Is it a lot of space,
A little space?
Then notice if it has defined edges or not.
Notice its color and its density.
Maybe you can sense the material that it's made of.
Maybe it's cloud-like,
Maybe it's solid.
Whatever this sensation of worthiness in your body is,
Bringing your resource with you,
Take a breath and on the exhale move your awareness wholly into that shape.
And as you move into that sensation of worthiness,
Your imagination or your resource is going to bring forth a number and that number will show up just like that.
And whether you see it or sense it,
Maybe you hear it,
Whatever number you receive,
Just receive it as best you can.
And as you receive that number,
Allow your imagination to show you an image of yourself at that age.
What do you look like?
And what is this younger version of you doing?
Is it just an image of you or is it in a memory or in a scene?
Whatever showing up for you is exactly right,
Just notice it.
And just remembering that your resource is there with you and your younger self.
Move your awareness into that younger version of yourself,
Looking through those eyes,
Sensing that body,
Sensing those emotions,
Feeling your adult self and your resource there with you as you're looking out of these younger eyes.
And if there's anything in this scene that feels unsafe,
Your resource will step between you and whatever is unsafe,
Creating a shield giving you full protection and safety.
So you're looking out of these younger eyes and sensing what's going on around you and sensing what your younger body feels like.
Just notice where in your young body you feel that sensation,
That belief of worthiness.
And notice whether this feels like worthiness or unworthiness,
Just noticing what's happening inside your body.
And now your younger self's imagination will call for someone to whom you need to speak and that person will just show up if they're not already there.
Speaking from your younger self to whomever needs to be spoken to,
What I want to say is.

Notice the color and the quality.
Notice where it's entering.

If there's any part of it that you do not wish to receive,

Allow your resource to filter that energy for you and receiving all of the.

Filtered energy,
Feeling it fill your body,
Expanding and expressing throughout.
