Take a nice deep breath.

Feel your body relax,

Your mind relax.

Just sinking into this space you easily create for yourself.

A space where you know yourself better,

Where you connect with yourself,

With the universe or a higher power,

Where you sink into the present moment just feeling everything that is there to feel in this present moment.

From the breath that's coming in and out of your body to the surface that you're on and how it supports you.

Notice any sounds that you hear,

Any smells that are in the air,

Maybe tastes that are in your mouth.

Feel any emotions that are moving around or in your body.

Just notice any energetic things that are happening within your body.

Just notice if it feels free flowing or not.

And now allow your imagination to bring forth an image of something that you're looking forward to,

Something that you're planning,

Something that you're excited about.

Whatever that is,

Whatever just pops up,

Whether it's a small thing like something for today,

A conversation,

An interaction or even if it's a big life event.

Whether it's close or far,

Whether you've been planning it for a long time or maybe just starting right now.

Whatever that image is,

This thing that you're planning,

Just feel what it feels like to look at this image.

Notice the emotions that are coming up.

They could be one or many.

They can be all of one type or maybe even conflicting.

Just notice what is there and receive it as best you can.

Just being a witness to these emotions as you look at this image of what you're planning,

Notice the details that you're planning.

What parts of it are important to you and what parts of it don't really matter?

As you parse out those things that are important and those things that don't matter,

Just notice the general theme.

What do those two groups look like?

In general,

Is one group more emotion-based and one more activity-based?

Of these two groups,

These things that are important and those things that don't really matter,

What else do you notice?

Is one group more focused on you or others?

Those things that are important and those things that don't really matter,

Is one of them involve more people or not?

Just notice anything else about these two groups that's coming to your attention.

Then as you move toward the group of things that really matter,

What are important to you?

These are the things that you're focusing on when you're planning,

When you're preparing,

When you're getting ready.

Notice if there's a lot of things in this group of things that matter or maybe just a few or maybe only one.

Can your awareness closer to the things that matter,

That you really care about?

What do they look like?

What are their qualities?

Can you move even closer so that you are among these things that are really important about this that you're planning so that you can touch them,

Feel them both physically and emotionally?

Just experience those.

When the planning is over and this event,

This thing that you're planning has come to fruition,

Has manifested,

Be in those details,

Those things that really matter.

Breathe them in.

Celebrate them.

Feel what it feels like to experience this,

All that you've planned and all that you've looked forward to.

Now experiencing it.

Just love it.

Enjoy it and notice how it feels to really focus on things that matter.

Notice whether they are physical things or if what really mattered is how you feel,

How you experience it.

And as you're in it,

As you're celebrating it,

Taking in every moment,

Every aspect,

Still allow yourself to pause and look around,

Really soak it in.

Notice all the details that you didn't plan.

They've come together perfectly,

All the little things that showed up in this experience.

Some of them don't matter,

But some of them are these beautiful nuggets,

Little things that you hadn't even thought of that are just showing up right now in this moment of experiencing.

Feel yourself honing in on all the little surprises and delights,

Noticing how it feels to be in this experience.

Notice what it's like to be in this state of receiving.

Notice what it's like to be in this state of witnessing the unfolding,

To be celebrating each present moment as you walk into it.

Feel what it feels like to be in this present moment.

Not just this present moment that you've planned for,

But the present moment as it is with all the little things that have just shown up and come together.

How many things that you notice,

These little details as you breathe this in.

Experience it emotionally,

Energetically,

And with all your physical senses,

Just for the sheer joy of enjoying,

Knowing that you can stay here as long as you wish,

As long as feels good.

When it's complete,

Your body will let you know that the whole of this experience is anchored into every single cell of your body.

It's written in your unconscious mind and available in your conscious mind.

We'll let you know that this is done and complete by bringing full feeling back into your arms and legs,

Fingers and toes,

Normal awareness back into your mind,

Your body,

Your brain.

And as it's complete,

You'll open your eyes.
