
Worthiness Series #3 Of 5
This 5-part co-creative meditation series utilizes emotional processing techniques to work with your subconscious to enhance your sense of worthiness. Every time you do this meditation, there will be a different result as it gives a framework for your subconscious mind to fill in, creating the most impactful meditation for you at the moment.

This is Rebecca MacLean,
And this is the third meditation in a series of five about worthiness.
Take a nice deep breath.
Close your eyes.
Feel your body relaxing and your mind relaxing.
Just notice what is.
Notice what is happening in your body.
Does it feel like there's a lot of movement and it's not relaxing?
Or it is?
Just be with whatever it is as you take another deep breath.
Just feel that breath as it fills up your whole body.
Feel the breath as it fills you up all the way down to your toes,
All the way up to the top of your head.
Just feeling that awareness inside your body,
What it feels like to expand and return.
Just noticing whatever is happening in your body.
Not noticing what your arms feel like,
What your legs feel like.
If your feet are on the floor or not,
What your clothing feels like on your skin.
Just take another deep breath,
Feeling that awareness as it's inside your body.
Feeling very present and aware.
Present with what you're experiencing now,
Whether that experience is external or internal.
Noticing any thoughts that are moving through and not being attached to them,
But just witnessing them.
Witnessing any emotions that are moving through.
As you're in this place of witness,
Just notice where in your body you store worthiness.
Just allow your body to show you through sensation or image or just in knowing where your beliefs about worthiness are in your body.
Whatever you're noticing,
Whether this is an intense sensation and an obvious knowing or something more subtle,
Just whatever is calling your attention,
Move your awareness closer to that part of your body.
And as you notice what it looks like,
Its color,
Its shape,
If it has defined edges or not,
If it's a shape that you recognize or not.
And as you look at this,
Just allow your imagination to bring forth a resource that just pops up,
Something or someone that is safe,
Loving,
And powerful.
Something that wants to be with you today on your journey,
Even if that's just your breath itself.
Whatever it is,
Just welcome it as best you can,
Noticing what it feels like to have something safe,
Loving,
And powerful with you.
As you look at this shape,
This place in your body where you store worthiness or your beliefs about worthiness,
Notice if there's any movement to that shape.
Notice whether it seems dense or not.
Or if you can tell what it's made of.
And then bringing your resource with you,
Taking a breath and moving your awareness wholly into that shape.
And as you do,
Notice what it feels like inside there.
Your imagination will bring forth a word.
It'll pop in of what it feels like to be in this space.
Notice what emotion comes up.
And then your imagination will take you back to the time when you first created this belief or when you first felt this way about worthiness.
And wherever it takes you,
If it's somewhere in the recent past or the far past,
Bringing your resource with you and just seeing yourself at that time,
Noticing what you look like,
Noticing this younger version of you,
Where you are and what you're experiencing.
And then looking at that version of yourself and speaking directly to that version of yourself.
What I know you're experiencing right now is.
And what I want to say to you is.
And what I know about you,
Younger self,
Is.
And what I can tell you about this situation that you're experiencing is.
And what I want to tell you about me,
Your older self,
Is.
And anything else that wants to be spoken to this younger you,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say all this to you is.
And now easily moving your awareness into your younger self,
Bringing your resource with you if you wish.
Looking through these young eyes,
Listening through these younger ears,
Sensing that younger body,
Emotions,
And sensations.
And looking back at your current self and sensing all that has been spoken as a stream of colored energy that's moving from your current self to your younger self.
Seeing the color and the quality of that energy and where it's entering your younger body.
And then receiving that energy completely into your younger self,
Allowing it to expand and express throughout your entire body from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
And speaking back to your current self,
What I've heard you say,
What I've received from you is.
And how it feels to hear you say that is.
And still looking from the eyes of your younger self to your current self.
What I believe about worthiness is.
And still speaking as your younger self,
How I feel about me right now is.
And what I need is.
And how it would feel to have that would be.
And what I know that would be helpful for you older self to know is.
Because what it's like for me to look at my older,
Wiser self is.
And what I'm realizing as I'm spending time with you older self is.
And what I'm realizing about the things that I am worthy of is.
And what I want that you older self already have is.
And anything else that wants to be spoken from the younger self to the current self,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say this to you is.
Now moving your awareness back from your younger self into your current self,
Feeling your own body,
Your own words and emotions,
And looking back at the younger self and sensing all that was spoken as a stream of colored energy that's moving from your younger self to your current self,
Noticing where it's entering your body and what it looks like and how it feels as it enters and expands throughout your whole body.
And then speaking back to your younger self,
What I heard you say,
What I received from you is.
And how it feels to receive that from you is.
And what I now realize as I'm talking to you is.
And what I want to tell you about your value and worthiness is.
Because what I know about us is.
And what I want to give you younger self is.
And how it feels for me to give that to you is.
And what I know we are absolutely worthy of is.
And anything else that wants to be spoken to the younger self,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say all this to you younger self is.
And just allowing that relationship with your younger self to continue in whatever way feels good.
And then turning your awareness back to your body.
Back to where your beliefs about worthiness were in your body.
Notice if that space looks any different or if it's the same.
Has its size changed or color?
Is it the same shape or density?
Did its movement change?
Or maybe it's gone completely just noticing what is there or not.
And if it has changed and there's still a part of it that you don't wish to have there with you.
Just allow your resource to hang on to whatever part you don't want to be handled and dealt with right now.
That you want your resource to take care of for you.
Notice what it's like to know that you can have your resource hang on to something like that for you.
That this energy that was inside you is not you.
It's not even a part of you.
It's just something that you've carried.
But now you can have someone else carry it or just set it down.
Feel what that feels like.
And now notice what that space looks like.
Are the beliefs of worthiness lived in your body?
Is there something else there or not?
And if there's anything that you want to have,
Fill that space.
Just allow your resource to do that for you.
What does that feel like?
And then knowing that all of this work that you've done is anchored all the way down into cellular memory,
Even down into your DNA.
It's stored in your subconscious mind flashing millions of times every split second without you even thinking about it and available in your conscious awareness,
Able to be retrieved at will.
It lets you know that this is done by bringing fulfilling back into your arms,
Your legs,
Your fingers and toes,
Normal awareness back into your mind,
Your body,
Your brain.
And then as it's complete,
You'll open your eyes.
