Today's meditation is on abundance.
Typically,
Our beliefs about abundance are pretty deep,
Whether it's finances or having enough food or having enough people around us or any number of things around abundance.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath.
Feel your body relax.
Feel your mind relax.
And just remembering that there's no way that you can do this wrong and there's no way that you can do it more right,
That whatever shows up for you is exactly right,
Whether it matches what I'm saying or not.
So as you feel your body expand with breath and then return,
Even all the way down into your belly,
Feeling it expand and then return.
And then your body will indicate to you the place where you carry beliefs around abundance.
And wherever that is,
Whether it makes sense or it doesn't make sense,
If it's a light sensation or an intense one,
Just wherever your body carries the sensation of abundance,
Just move your awareness closer to it.
And as you move closer to it,
Your imagination will give that sensation shape and form.
Just notice if that shape has any defined edges or not,
If it's a shape that you recognize or not,
And that sensation of abundance,
Notice its color.
If it's solid or hollow,
What its texture is,
What its temperature is.
I'm just noticing everything about this sensation in your body,
Where you hold your beliefs about abundance.
And as you look at this shape or form,
Your imagination is going to call forth a resource,
Something safe,
Loving,
And powerful that provides you protection,
Wisdom,
Guidance.
And this resource will just pop up.
Just notice what it's like to have your resource there with you.
Notice where your resource is in relation to you,
In front of you,
Beside you,
Behind you,
Above you,
All around you,
Wherever it is.
Then with your resource there,
And both of you looking at this image that is in your body,
Just take a breath.
And on the exhale,
You and your resource will move into this image.
And as you move in,
Your imagination will call forth the scene to when these beliefs were created,
When these beliefs first showed up.
And whatever that is,
Just feeling your resource there with you.
Just notice what's happening into this scene.
Notice who's with you,
If anyone.
What age you are and what you look like when these beliefs were first created.
And then bringing your resource with you,
Allow your awareness to move into that version of yourself,
Looking through these eyes,
Listening through these ears,
Sensing your younger body,
And still sensing your resource there with you,
Providing you protection and guidance.
And just speaking out loud as that younger version of yourself,
What I'm feeling right now is.

And the belief that I've created for myself in this moment about abundance is.
.
.
And how that protects me is.
.
.
And then still looking through your younger eyes and turning toward your current self and speaking for your younger self,
What it's like to see myself all grown up is.

.
And what I need from you,
Adult self,
Is.
.
.
And how it would feel to receive that from you,
Adult self,
Would be.
.
.
And anything else that your younger self wants to say to your current self,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say all this to you is.
.
.
And now moving your awareness from your younger self to your adult self,
Looking through your current eyes,
Listening through your current ears,
Sensing your current body and emotions,
And looking at your younger self and sensing all that the younger self has expressed as a stream of colored energy that's moving from your younger self to your current self,
Noticing the color and the quality of that energy and where it's entering your adult body.
Really receiving that energy from your younger self,
Feeling it enter your body and expand throughout your body.
And then speaking back to your younger self,
What I've received from you,
What I've heard you say is.

And how it feels for me to hear you say that is.
.
.
And what I know about you,
Younger self,
That you don't know about you is.
.
.
And what I now know about abundance is.
.
.
And what I want for us,
Younger self,
Is.
.
.
And anything else that your adult self wants to speak to your younger self,
Just allow it to be spoken now.
And how it feels to speak all of this to you,
Younger self,
Is.
.
.
Because what I know is possible for us is.
.
.
And then moving your awareness back from your current self,
Back into your younger self,
Sensing all that was spoken by your adult self as a stream of colored energy that's moving from your adult self to your younger self,
Noticing the color and the quality and where it's entering your body.
And feeling that energy as it comes into your body,
Breathing it in,
Filling up your young body,
Moving out to every square inch from your fingers,
Your toes,
Top of your head,
Totally receiving all of that energy from your adult self.
And then speaking for your young self back to your adult self.
What I've received from you,
Adult self,
Is.

And how it feels to receive that,
Is.
.
.
And then still speaking from your young self to your adult self.
What I now know about abundance that I didn't know before adult self is.

And how I now feel about the belief that I created is.
.
.
And now what I'm choosing to believe is.
.
.
Because what I want for us is.
.
.
And anything else that the younger self wants to speak to the adult self,
Allow it to be spoken now.
And how it feels to say all this to you,
Adult self,
Is.

.
Now moving your awareness back into your adult self,
Allowing that interaction with your younger self to end in any way that feels good.
And then bringing your resource with you,
Bringing your awareness back to this current time and your current body experiencing your life as it is now.
And then speaking out loud.
What I now realize that I didn't realize before is.

And how it feels to realize that is.
.
.
And noticing again that part of your body where your beliefs about abundance are,
What does that space look like now?
Is it the same?
Is it different?
Has it changed,
Morphed or disappeared?
Just notice what it looks like and what it feels like.
And if there's any part of that image or that sensation that you do not wish to have in your body any longer,
Just allow your resource to remove it for you in whatever way feels good.
If you want it to change,
If you want part of it to stay,
Whatever feels good for you is perfect.
Even if you want it left exactly the way it is,
Just notice how that feels.
And if there's anything else that wants to happen,
Just allow it to happen.
Anything that would feel good to close this session,
Whether it's from your resource or your body or your imagination.
Then your body will let you know that all this beautiful work that you've done is anchored all the way down into cellular memory,
Even into your DNA.
It's in your subconscious mind flashing millions of times every split second without you even thinking about it.
And it's also saved in your conscious awareness,
Able to be retrieved at will.
It lets you know that this is done by bringing full feeling back into your arms,
Your legs,
Your fingers and toes,
Normal awareness back into your mind,
Your body,
Your brain.
And then as it's complete,
You'll open your eyes.
