
Worthiness Series #5 Of 5
This 5-part co-creative meditation series utilizes emotional processing techniques to work with your subconscious to develop your journey to ultimate worthiness. Every time you do this meditation, there will be a different result as it gives a framework for your subconscious mind to fill in, creating the most impactful meditation for you in the moment.

Hello,
This is Rebecca MacLean and this meditation is the fifth of a five-part series on worthiness.
So get comfortable,
Take a nice deep breath.
Feel yourself relaxing.
And even if you're not relaxing,
That's okay.
Just notice where you are.
Be with yourself.
Just notice what it feels like to be with yourself.
Notice what feels calm and what doesn't.
Notice if you feel tired or if you feel awake,
If you feel energized or not.
Just take stock.
Just notice what your body is telling you.
And then as you take a deep breath,
Notice how that influences your body.
Breathe all the way down to your toes,
All the way out to your fingertips.
Just feel all that oxygen as it goes into your body.
Notice if your body feels tense or relaxed.
Just notice how your lungs expand and then how they return.
Notice how your head feels.
Are there a lot of thoughts in your head or is it pretty calm?
And now your imagination will call forth a resource,
Something safe,
Loving and powerful that wants to be with you on your journey today.
And whatever or whoever pops up,
Just receive them as best you can.
Even if your resource is your breath or your heartbeat.
Now your imagination is going to call forth a number.
Something between one and 10,
One being the lowest and 10 being the highest.
And a number will just pop in about how worthy you are feeling today.
And whether you see that number,
Hear that number,
Or just sense it,
Just trust whatever's coming up.
And whatever number it is that you sense or see or hear,
However it comes to you is perfect.
Just notice what it's like to sense that number.
Is it lower than you would have expected?
Is it higher than you expected?
Or maybe it's exactly what you expected.
Just notice the feelings that are coming up as you look at this number.
And as you look at that number,
Just move closer to it.
Then just taking a breath and on the exhale,
Moving wholly into it.
And as you move into this number with your resource,
If that's comfortable,
You'll notice that there are people and events that are in here with you that have influenced you in getting to this place.
And whether they have helped you move up or they have encouraged you to move down in your value of worthiness and how you see yourself.
Whomever you see,
If it's a few or many,
Just notice what it's like to see those people.
And some may be on the side of the room that is closer to the one on the spectrum.
And some may be on the side of the room that is closer to 10 on the spectrum.
Just notice what it's like to have those people with you in this place.
And then turning to the people that are on the side closer to the one on the spectrum.
Maybe they have helped you move from one to wherever you are.
They have helped you bring you this far.
Or maybe they have taught you what you don't like,
What you don't want,
Or helped you realize what you don't believe.
Whomever that is,
Whether it's one,
Several,
Or many,
And just speaking to those people,
What it's like to see you here is.

And what I want to thank you for making me aware of is.
.
.
Because what I now know about myself is.
.
.
Anything else that wants to be spoken to this group of people,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say all this to you is.

.
And as you look out at them,
Maybe one in specific or the whole group,
Notice the energy of all that was spoken and expressed by you as it moves from you toward them and they receive it completely.
And now turning your attention to the other side of the room.
All that are closer to the 10 side of the spectrum and speaking to them.
Again,
Maybe one in specific or maybe the whole group,
Whatever feels right,
Whatever showing up for you is perfect.
And speaking directly to them,
What it's like to see you here is.

And what I want to thank you for is.
.
.
Because what you made me aware of is.
.
.
And what I now know about myself and my worthiness is.
.
.
And how you've helped me to get where I am now is.
.
.
And anything else that wants to be spoken to this group of people,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And just noticing the energy of all that was spoken and expressed by you as it moves towards them from you and they receive it completely.
And now sense which members of this group can help you move even further.
Just allow them to step forward.
Those that you want to have with you on your journey going forward.
Those that you still have more to learn from.
And then stepping out of this number,
This space with your resource and with these helpers and looking at the path all the way up to a level 10 or beyond a level 10.
And noticing what this path looks like.
Noticing the distance from where you are to where you would like to go,
Whether it's a level 10 or above,
Or maybe just a couple steps above where you are.
Whatever it feels is just right for you.
And then feeling what it feels like as you start walking along this path with this group of people.
Some may be behind you,
Encouraging you.
Some may be in front of you,
Showing you the way.
And some may be beside you,
Keeping you company.
Just notice what it's like to be with this group of people.
And as you lead yourself along this path,
Feel what it feels like to move along this path.
Noticing as you pass other landmarks,
Other numbers,
Other milestones.
Notice what's happening emotionally.
And some people may join you.
There may be experiences that propel you.
And there may be some of your group that stop along the way,
But that's as far as they go.
Just notice how that group is always dynamic,
Always perfectly adjusted for you to help you move along your path exactly the right way and exactly the right pace for you with just the right number of people and experiences so that you're moving along your path comfortably and perfectly.
Notice what it feels like in your body as you move along this path.
There may be times that you want to speed up and just feel that burst of energy and how everyone is with you,
Supporting you and following you in that charge.
And sometimes you may want to slow down for whatever reason.
You may want to enjoy the view from a particular spot,
Or maybe you want to take a respite.
Feel how that pace is dynamic and driven by you.
And as you move along this path,
Feeling more and more worthy,
More and more supported,
This movement becomes your normal.
This dynamic learning and being with supportive people is your normal.
Notice how it feels to be in whatever place you are.
Notice if you get to a level 10,
That there's still more beyond that,
That you can choose to explore,
That you can choose to know,
That you can choose to live in.
Notice how each spot that you're in is special and just is and is ready to be experienced.
Notice how easy it is to move along this path,
Following your inner compass.
Notice that you don't have to know the whole path or move along the path with any given speed,
Or at arrive at any given time,
That this journey just unfolds for you.
And with each step,
You feel more and more worthy.
Knowing your value deeper and deeper into your body and into your awareness until eventually you don't even think about it.
You just know it.
You know it like your body breathes.
It just happens.
It just is.
And like breath,
You can focus on it.
You can take a deep breath and you can focus on your worthiness.
But like breath,
It serves you and it is there for you always,
Always supporting you,
Giving you more when you need it.
Feeling different people and different experiences coming in and being with you during this journey to propel you and help you and keep you company.
And some will be with you for the long haul.
And some will be there just for a short part of the journey.
Feel what it feels like to be on the journey.
Not about trying to get somewhere while just experiencing it,
To enjoy it.
Always learning more about yourself,
Understanding just how valuable you are.
Each step just unfolding another level of your worthiness.
Just receiving each new level of awareness as a gift.
Just notice where you are now,
How it feels to be in this place with who you are and who is with you.
Feeling the worthiness in your body,
Noticing what it looks like and how much space it's taking up.
And then taking a breath and allowing that worthiness to express and expand,
To become more vibrant.
Each breath just filling your body more and more,
Knowing that you are whole and you are complete,
Knowing that you are loved,
Knowing that you are perfect.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be.
And as you feel that energy moving throughout your body,
Maybe even extending beyond your body,
Just feel that energy.
Feel what it's like as it moves throughout you,
As it moves around you,
As it shines out from you.
Each one of your cells and every strand of DNA,
Even buried in your subconscious mind and right there on the surface of your conscious mind,
And still feeling all of this energy throughout your body,
Knowing that it's a permanent part of you,
Bringing your awareness and bringing this feeling back to the room where you are,
Bringing normal consciousness back to your mind,
Bringing this feeling of worthiness with you into every day.
And when it feels complete and anchored,
You'll open your eyes.
