
Worthiness Series #2 Of 5
This 5-part co-creative meditation series utilizes emotional processing techniques to work with your subconscious to enhance your sense of worthiness. Every time you do this meditation, there will be a different result as it gives a framework for your subconscious mind to fill in, creating the most impactful meditation for you at the moment.

This is Rebecca MacLean and this is the second meditation in a series of five about worthiness.
So go ahead and take a nice deep breath.
Feel your body relaxing,
Feel your mind relaxing.
Just notice what it's like to be able to take a nice full breath.
Just knowing that this time is for you and there's no way that you can do it wrong.
Everything is perfect and you're doing everything right because whatever is coming up for you is exactly right for you.
So just feel yourself sinking into whatever surface you're on wherever you are.
Feeling your expansion of breath.
And then what it's like when that breath all leaves your body.
Just let it drain all the way out as you're becoming aware of your whole body.
And as your awareness is down inside your body,
Feeling that air come in and nurture your body.
If you would like to have a resource with you on this journey,
Just go ahead and allow one to pop up for you just like that.
Something safe,
Loving and powerful that provides you protection and wisdom.
Or notice if this is something that you're doing on your own today.
Now allow your imagination to bring up an image of your most worthy self and it'll just pop up and whether it's a self that you recognize or a self that you've never met.
Just notice what your most worthy self looks like.
How is that most worthy self dressed?
How is that most worthy self holding and moving in your body?
What is the expression on your most worthy self's face?
And as you're looking at this image,
Just go ahead and speak to that most worthy self.
What it's like for me to see you here is what it's like for me to see you here is what it's like for me to see you here.
And what I want to tell you is what it's like for me to see you here.
And what I feel about me when I look at you most worthy self is what it's like for me to see you here.
And what I need right now from you most worthy self is because how I want to feel is so so And anything else that wants to be spoken to this image of your most worthy self,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say this to you is so Now taking a breath and on the exhale move your awareness easily and wholly into that image of the most worthy self.
Feeling that body,
Sensing those emotions,
Looking through those eyes and listening through those ears and looking back at your current self.
Sensing all that was spoken from current self to most worthy self as a stream of colored energy,
Noticing the color and the quality of that energy and where it's entering your most worthy self's body first.
And then feeling that energy as it's coming into your most worthy self's body,
Feeling what it feels like,
Filling it up,
Filling up your entire body,
Expanding and expressing throughout your body.
And then speaking back to your current self.
Current self,
What I heard you say,
What I'm receiving from you is and how it feels to receive that from you current self is you and what I want to tell you current self about me most worthy self is you.
And what I want to tell you current self about you is you because what's really important for you to realize is you.
And how I see you holding yourself back current self is you.
And how it feels for me to see you do that is you.
Because what I want for you current self is you.
And what you have that you don't always remember that you have is you.
And what I can do for you current self is and anything else that wants to be spoken from most worthy self to current self go ahead and speak it now.
You.
And how it feels to say all of this to you current self is now easily moving your awareness from most worthy self to current self sensing your own body looking through your own eyes and listening through your own ears sensing your own words and emotions and looking back at most worthy self and notice what most worthy self looks like now is it the same or different and then sensing all that most worthy self has expressed as a stream of color and energy that's moving from most worthy self to current self noticing the color and the quality and how and where it's entering your body receiving all of that energy that feels good to receive feeling it enter your body fill up your body allowing it to expand and express all the way up to the crown of your head and down to the tips of your toes and then looking back at most worthy self and speaking directly most worthy self most worthy self what I've heard you say what I've received from you is and how it feels for me to hear that and receive that is and what I now know that I didn't know before is and what it feels like to know that is and what it's like for me to look at you now is and anything else that wants to be spoken to most worthy self go ahead and speak it now and how it feels to say this to you is because what I now realize about myself is and now allowing that interaction with most worthy self to end in any way that feels good and now your imagination will bring forth a number just like that of how worthy you are currently feeling just knowing that number knowing whatever scale with which it is measured how it feels to look at that number or sense that number of worthiness what is that like and as you look from that number all the way to the top of the scale to where most worthy self is just notice if that distance between you is short or far and now go ahead and just notice yourself moving from this number where you are toward most worthy self and however fast or slow if it's one step or if you're running full out notice what it's like to move toward most worthy self notice how it feels in your body with each step that you take and maybe this is a journey that you're on on your own or maybe that there's a resource with you or other people with you or maybe even most worthy self comes and takes the journey with you but just notice whatever is happening and notice what that journey feels like as you're moving along that journey just notice what's around you and as you stop focusing on a goal and start looking at your surroundings and who is with you feel what it feels like to be on the path on the path moving at your perfect pace exactly where you're supposed to be moving toward where you want to go moving toward where you want to go notice what it's like to enjoy this path notice what it feels like to move in this space what it's like to breathe in this space what it's like to smell the smells of this path and to see the sights from this path feel this path under your feet and then speaking out loud what I'm feeling emotionally now is and what I know about my worthiness as I'm on this path is is so and how it feels to know that is and then your body will let you know that all of this work that you've done is anchored all the way down into cellular memory even down into your DNA it's written in your subconscious mind flashing millions of times every split second without you even thinking about it and it's also available in your conscious awareness able to be retrieved at will and it lets you know that this is done by bringing fulfilling back into your arms and legs fingers and toes normal awareness back into your mind your body your brain and then as it's complete you'll open your eyes
