This is Rebecca MacLean.

Take a nice deep breath.

Feel your body relaxing.

Feel your mind relaxing.

Just sink into whatever surface you're on,

Whether you're on a chair or a bed,

Wherever you are.

Just feel your body responding to your request for breath.

Feel your body expanding and then returning.

Feeling your awareness sinking down into your body,

As if you're sinking into the surface that you're on.

Just moving your awareness all the way down into your body and remembering that there's no way that you can do this wrong and there's no way that you can do it more right.

Whatever is coming up for you is exactly right for you.

This is about you connecting with you.

So moving your awareness within your body into your true essence,

Whether that's in your core or in your heart or wherever that is in your body.

Just allow your body to show you where your true essence lies.

And as you move closer to that true essence,

That center of you,

Just notice what that true essence looks like.

And whatever it looks like,

Whether it's a light or a flame or anything else is perfect for you.

Just noticing what it looks like as you look into that true essence.

Notice its size,

Its shape,

Its color.

Maybe it looks like something you recognize or not.

Just taking in all the details and then taking a breath and moving your awareness into that true essence of you.

Just noticing what it's like to be in that essence.

Notice how free it feels.

Notice how comfortable it feels.

Notice what it's like to be exactly you and speaking from this place.

What I know about me,

My true essence is.

And now your imagination will bring forth a resource.

Something safe,

Loving,

And powerful to provide you protection and guidance and wisdom and love.

Whether whatever it is,

Whatever just pops up for you,

Whether it's a deity of your faith,

A wise and loving ancestor,

Even your future self,

Whatever just pops up for you.

Even if what it is,

Is this true essence,

That's your resource.

Notice what it feels like to feel that love and protection and that wisdom that's within you.

That's with you.

And from this place,

Feeling your resource with you,

Your imagination is going to bring forth an image of your current life situation.

Whatever that looks like.

Just allow that image to show up in front of you.

And as you look at this life situation,

Speaking to it,

What it feels like to look at you,

Life situation is.

And what it feels like to know I have you,

But I am not you is.

Because through my life,

My life situation has changed and yet I remain.

And what it's like to know that,

That I'm something beyond my life situation is.

So now just releasing life situation,

Allowing it to go and fade away.

And then your imagination will bring up an image of your job or career.

And whatever that looks like,

Just receive it.

And speaking to your job or career,

What it feels like to look at you is.

What it feels like to know that I have you,

But that I am not you career is.

Because through my life,

My job and career has changed and yet I remain.

And what it's like to know that I am something beyond my job or career is.

Because through my life,

My job and career has changed and yet I remain.

And what it's like to know that I am something beyond my job or career is.

So just allowing that image of your job or career to fade away and release it completely.

And then your imagination will bring forth an image of goals,

Accomplishments,

Education,

Or knowledge.

Whatever just shows up.

Just receive it completely.

And speaking directly to it.

What it feels like to look at you is.

And what it feels like to know that I have you,

But that I am not you is.

Because through my life,

My goals,

Accomplishments,

Education,

And knowledge have changed.

And yet I remain.

And what it's like to know that I am something beyond all these things is.

Now just allowing these goals,

Accomplishments,

Education,

And knowledge to be released completely.

Allowing them to fade away.

And now your imagination will bring up an image of roles that you play and people in your life.

And whatever shows up,

Just receive it completely.

And just speaking directly to these roles that you play and people in your life.

What it feels like to look at you is.

And what it feels like to know that I have you,

But that I am not you is.

Because through my life,

The roles that I play and the people in my life has changed.

And yet I remain.

And what it's like to know that I am something beyond these roles and these people in my life is.

Now just allowing all the roles and the people to be released completely.

Still feeling your resource with you.

Still feeling yourself in that essence of you.

And then your imagination will bring forth an image of your body.

Notice what it's like to look at your body.

And speaking directly to your body,

What it's like to look at your body is.

What it feels like to know that I have a body,

But that I am not my body is.

Because through my life,

My body has changed.

And yet I remain.

And what it's like to know that I am something beyond my body is.

Now just allowing that image of your body to be released completely.

Noticing what it's like to be in this stillness.

To be in this stillness of true essence.

Notice how comfortable and how familiar this feeling feels just to be in your true essence.

And then turning toward your resource and speaking out loud.

What I know about me,

My true me,

My true essence is.

And how it feels to be unencumbered by life situation,

Jobs,

Careers,

Accomplishments,

Roles,

People,

And even my body is.

And anything else that wants to be spoken to your resource,

Go ahead and speak it now.

And how it feels to say all this to you resource is.

And now moving your awareness into your resource,

Looking from your resources perspective,

Back at your true essence,

Sensing all that the true essence has expressed as a stream of colored energy that's moving into the resource.

Sensing the color and the quality of that energy and feeling it being fully received by your resource.

And then speaking for the resource back to the true essence.

True essence,

What I know about you is.

And what it's like for me to see you unencumbered by all those parts of your life that you have is.

What it's like to witness you as you have grown and changed is.

And what I want to tell you about the part of you that has remained is.

And by releasing all of these different parts of your life,

You have.

And just being in your true essence,

What I can tell you that you're capable of is.

And what I want to tell you about all these parts of your life,

All of these things that you have in your life is.

And what I want to tell you about how all of these parts of your life enhance your life is.

And anything else that resource wants to speak to true essence.

Go ahead and speak it now.

And what it's like to tell you all this as your resource is.

And then moving your awareness from your resource back into your true essence,

Looking from that perspective and receiving all that the resource has expressed as a stream of colored energy that's moving from the resource to you.

Receive it completely.

And then speaking back to the resource.

What I've received from you,

What I've heard you say resource is.

And how it feels to hear that from you is.

And what I now know about me is.

And how I feel about having all of those things in my life,

My job,

My goals,

Accomplishments,

My education,

The roles and people in my life,

And even my body,

How I now feel about all those things is.

And how I now feel knowing that I am something beyond those things is.

And how it feels to say all of this to your resource to make all of these awareness is.

And now knowing that you can decide how many,

How much of these things,

What intensity of these things you can invite in at any moment that they can adjust and change that you can participate with them or not.

That you can have them.

And you are not them.

And it is your choice,

What you have and what you have close and what you have further away.

And then your body will let you know that all this beautiful work that you've done,

All of this in your true essence is anchored back into your body,

All the way down into cellular memory,

Even into your DNA.

All these new awarenesses are written in your subconscious mind,

Flashing millions of times every split second without you even thinking about it.

And they're also saved in your conscious awareness,

Able to be retrieved at will.

And it lets you know that this is done by bringing full feeling back into your arms and legs,

Fingers and toes,

Normal awareness back into your mind,

Your body,

Your brain.

And then as it's complete,

You'll open your eyes.
