Hello,

This is Rebecca McLean.

And this is the fourth meditation in a series of five about worthiness.

Get yourself comfortable.

Take a nice deep breath.

Feel yourself relaxing.

Feel your mind relaxing.

As you take another deep breath,

Just allow your awareness to go down inside your body.

As you feel your awareness inside your body,

Just breathing from the inside out,

Feeling the air getting pulled in,

And then feeling it release.

Just allowing it to easily flow out.

Just notice all parts of your body.

What your back feels like,

What your arms feel like,

What your head feels like.

Just being very present with your body.

Notice what you're hearing,

Even what you're sensing around you without judgment,

Just noticing it.

Notice if you hear inside your body.

Do you hear your breath coming in and out?

Do you hear your heartbeat?

Now your imagination is going to call for someone who you admire and feel is most worthy of all things.

Whoever that is will just pop up.

Just notice who it is,

Whether they make sense or not,

Whether they're a real person or fictional,

Just receive whatever shows up.

Just noticing what it feels like to have that person there with you.

Notice what they look like and where they are in proximity to you.

If you want them closer or further away,

Just allow that to happen.

Then speaking out loud to this person,

What it feels like to have you here with me now is.

.

The emotions that I'm noticing in my body are.

.

.

As you notice those emotions in your body,

Just allow your awareness to go to that part of your body.

Moving into that area,

Feeling those emotions most intensely,

And then continue speaking from there.

What I want to tell you is.

.

.

What I want to know about being worthy is.

.

.

How it would feel to know that would be.

.

.

How it would feel to know that would be.

.

.

How it would feel to know that would be.

.

.

Is what I admire most about you is.

.

.

What it would feel like if I had that person at my body.

What I would feel like those qualities would be.

.

.

Something else that wants to be spoken to this person.

Go ahead and speak it now.

How it feels to say all this to you is.

.

.

Now easily moving your awareness from yourself into this other person,

Looking through their eyes,

Listening through their ears,

Sensing their body,

Their emotions,

Their words,

And looking back at yourself,

Sensing all that self has spoken and expressed as a stream of colored energy that's moving from self to this other person.

Notice what color it is,

What qualities it has,

And notice how it's moving toward this other person and where it's entering this other person's body.

Feeling it expressing and expanding throughout their entire body,

Fully receiving the message that was expressed by self,

And then speaking back from this person to self.

Self,

What I've heard you say,

What I've received from you is.

.

.

What it's like to receive this from you is.

.

.

What I want to tell you,

Self,

Is.

.

.

Because if you know that about me,

And you really understand that about me,

Then.

.

.

Because what I know about value and worthiness is.

.

.

What's most important about that is.

.

.

What I can tell you about you,

Self,

That you don't realize is.

.

.

And how it helps you to know that is.

.

.

Is the best way for you to go from experiencing how you feel about yourself now to how I feel about myself is.

.

.

Anything else that wants to be spoken from this other person,

Go ahead and speak it now.

How it feels to say all this to yourself is.

.

.

Now moving your awareness back from this other person into yourself,

Looking through your own eyes,

Listening through your own ears,

Sensing your own body,

Your own words and emotions,

And looking back at this other person and sensing all that has been spoken as a stream of colored energy that's moving from them to you.

And as you receive that energy,

Noticing the color and the quality of it,

And where it's entering your body,

Feel how it feels as you receive that energy completely.

And then noticing what it feels like emotionally as you're receiving this energy.

And then speaking back to the other person,

What I've heard you say,

What I've received from you is.

.

.

And how it feels to receive this from you is.

.

.

And what I'm now realizing is.

.

.

And what I know about myself is.

.

.

And how it feels to know that is.

.

.

And how it feels for me when you talk about my value and worthiness is.

.

.

And what I'm choosing to do with that is.

.

.

Because what I now know about my value and my worthiness is.

.

.

And what I know about my value and worthiness is.

.

.

And how it feels to say all this to you is.

.

.

And now allowing that interaction with this person to end in any way that feels good,

Including if you want them to stick around and be a resource for you.

And then bringing your awareness back into your body,

Finding that place where you keep your value and worthiness in your body.

Notice its size and shape,

How much space it takes up and what it feels like to have that in your body.

Just being with that and any emotions that come up as you look at it.

Whatever those emotions are as they pop up,

Just notice what it feels like.

And then your body will let you know that all this beautiful work that you've done is anchored all the way down into cellular memory,

Even down into your DNA,

Written in your subconscious mind flashing millions of times every split second without you even thinking about it.

And it's written in your conscious awareness,

Able to be retrieved at will.

And lets you know that this is done by bringing fulfilling back into your arms,

Your legs,

Your fingers and toes,

Normal awareness back into your mind,

Your body,

Your brain.

And then as it's complete,

You'll open your eyes.
