And this is the first meditation in a series of five about worthiness.
Take a nice deep breath.
Feel yourself relaxing into whatever surface that you're on.
Just feel your breath as it expands your body and then releases.
Just notice what it's like to feel that awareness,
Extending your body and then returning.
As your awareness goes down inside your body,
Just feel your breath as it continues to regulate itself and sense the rest of your body.
Notice how it's also regulating itself.
As you feel your awareness down inside your body,
Know that your body communicates with you in all kinds of ways.
It communicates with you through sensations,
Through images,
Sounds,
Or even just a knowing.
So whatever you sense,
Consider that a communication.
Now there'll be some part of your body that's calling your attention.
And whatever that is,
Just notice it.
If it's something that's familiar to you or not,
If it's something that you think you know what it is or where it came from,
Or if it's new.
And maybe it's a light sensation or an intense one.
Whatever it is,
Notice how much space it's taking up inside your body.
And knowing that your body is going to direct you to whatever is most beneficial for you today in this meditation,
Whether it follows what I'm saying or not,
Whether it follows this topic of worthiness or not.
So as you're noticing that sensation in your body,
Move your awareness closer to it and allow your imagination to give that sensation shape and form.
Notice the sensation where you carry worthiness in your body.
What does it look like?
Does it have defined edges or not?
Is it something that is solid or hollow?
Is it three-dimensional?
Notice the color and its density.
Notice if it has movement.
And then just speaking directly to this shape,
What it's like to see you here is.
.
.
And then moving your awareness easily into this shape,
Just taking a breath and on the exhale,
Moving your awareness into this shape that's in your body.
And as you move into this shape,
A resource appears,
Something or someone that is safe,
Loving and powerful,
That provides you protection and wisdom and guidance.
And whatever that is that pops up,
Whether it's a deity of your faith,
A person that you know,
A wise and loving ancestor,
Even a piece of nature or an animal,
Whatever shows up for you,
Even if it's your older wiser self,
Just notice what it's like to have that resource with you.
And then as you are inside this shape,
Turning your awareness around and looking back at yourself and speaking to self.
Self,
What I want to tell you about worthiness is.
.
.
And what I want to tell you about me,
Your beliefs about worthiness is.
.
.
And still speaking from this belief about worthiness to yourself,
What I want to tell you about when we first met is.
.
.
How I'm trying to keep you safe is.
.
.
Because what I know about you self is.
.
.
And what I,
Your beliefs about worthiness,
Want for yourself is.
.
.
Because if you were to have that,
Then.
.
.
And what I'm afraid of for you self is.
.
.
And what I,
Beliefs about worthiness,
Am trying to protect you from is.
.
.
And anything else that wants to be spoken from these beliefs to you,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say all this to you self is.

.
Because what I want to have happen is.
.
.
Now easily moving your awareness back from beliefs,
Back to yourself,
Looking through your own eyes,
Listening through your own ears,
Sensing your own body,
Words,
And emotions,
And looking back at beliefs,
And then sensing all that's been spoken as a stream of colored energy that's moving from beliefs to you.
Understanding the color and the quality of that energy,
And how and where it's entering your body.
And how do you feel all of this entering your body?
Any of this energy that you want to accept,
Just allow it to come in.
And any that you don't,
Just allow it to easily fall away as you fully receive the energy that you wish to receive.
And then speaking back to beliefs.
Beliefs,
What I heard you say,
What I've received from you is.
.
.
And how it feels for me to hear you say that beliefs is.
.
.
Because what I'm now realizing is.
.
.
And what I'm realizing about how you're trying to help me is.
.
.
And what I know now that I didn't know when we first met about me and my worthiness is.
.
.
And what I now know that I really need from you beliefs is.
.
.
Because if I were to have that,
Then.
.
.
And what I now know about us working together,
Moving forward is.
.
.
And anything else that wants to be spoken to beliefs,
Go ahead and speak it now.
And how it feels to say all this to you beliefs is.
.
.
Because what I know intellectually beliefs that I need you to believe fully is.
.
.
Because when we are in sync beliefs,
What I know is possible is.
.
.
And how it feels to work with you in this way is.
.
.
And now sensing beliefs,
Receiving all that has been spoken,
Watching a stream of colored energy easily moving from you to beliefs.
And after that's fully absorbed by beliefs,
Notice what beliefs looks like now.
Does it look the same or different?
Is the shape bigger or smaller?
Does it have more or less movement,
A different color,
A different shape,
Brighter or duller?
Just notice what it looks like now.
And notice what it's like to have a direct conversation with beliefs.
And then allowing this interaction with beliefs to end in any way that feels good.
And then your body will let you know that all this beautiful work that you've done is anchored all the way down into cellular memory,
Even down into your DNA,
Written in your subconscious mind flashing millions of times every split second without you even thinking about it.
And also saved in your conscious awareness,
Able to be retrieved at will.
It lets you know that this is done by bringing full feeling back into your arms and legs,
Fingers and toes,
Normal awareness back into your mind,
Your body,
Your brain.
And then as it's complete,
You'll open your eyes.
