My name is Robert Aceves.
And I welcome you to this meditation to reprogram your subconscious in 10 minutes.
Nothing stays the same.
Everything is constantly changing.
Life is change and that is why things can be transformed at any time.
Sometimes the change can be as simple as making a decision.
In decision,
One thought can change everything.
This time we're going to practice some mantras or positive affirmations to reprogram that part of your mind where all the experiences of your past are found.
Experiences that have been in charge of forming our character in the present and our way of thinking,
Ideas that have been instilled in our childhood about how we should be or act and that unconsciously have an effect in our present.
Some of these things perhaps at some point were necessary but perhaps in the present we no longer need them and yet they still continue to affect our present.
Comparing those negative things can also have an effect in the present and can make it affect us even more.
Since each time we do something negative,
It becomes stronger.
It takes on more force.
For there to be a change,
It is necessary to stop the negative patterns of the past and transform them into positive patterns.
And to create new positive patterns,
We need persistence.
For the mantras or positive affirmations to work,
Constant repetition is necessary since we'll be reprogramming our mind with new ideas.
By transforming our interior,
We'll be able to transform our exterior and see life from a new point of view.
For a mantra or a positive affirmation to function,
It is important to repeat it with emotion and consciously to the point that you can feel how the vibrations of this phrase or mantra make your whole body vibrate differently.
Everything is in constant vibration and when you begin to vibrate in another frequency,
You'll notice how your life transforms.
The best state to reprogram our subconscious is a state of deep relaxation.
So let's begin.
I'm going to invite you to go to a place where no one will interrupt you,
Where you can lay down or sit,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
And close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
That's it.
And release the air.
And take another deep breath in.
And release the air.
That's it.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in.
And release the air.
That's it.
Now I'm going to ask you to visualize the number 100 in large numbers in front of you.
And imagine how that number changes from 100 to 99,
98,
97.
That's how it goes.
And quickly you're going to see those numbers go down even faster until they reach the number one.
And when you reach one,
You'll feel how you're entering a deeper level of concentration.
And your body feels more relaxed.
And you continue to focus your attention on your breath.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
Feeling how the air enters your body and leaves your body naturally.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And with each inhalation and exhalation,
Your body relaxes more and more.
And you can already feel how your body frees itself from emotional tension and physical tensions.
Your head relaxes more and more.
Your shoulders relax more and more.
Your back relaxes more and more.
Your arms relax more and more.
Your chest and your stomach relax more and more.
Your legs relax more and more.
Your feet relax more and more.
Your whole body relaxes more and more.
Now I'm going to count from 1 to 3.
When I say 3,
You're going to enter a state of concentration even deeper than before.
A state where concentration is almost perfect.
1.
You feel your arms and legs heavier.
2.
You already feel like you're entering a deeper state of consciousness.
And 3.
You're already in a state of concentration deeper than before.
And you feel your body relaxing more and more in this state.
It is a feeling of peace,
Tranquility,
And well-being.
You continue to breathe pleasantly and effortlessly.
It's a state where concentration is almost perfect.
In this state,
I'm going to ask you to mentally repeat the following mantras or positive affirmations.
I understand that my reality is the result of my thoughts and that is why,
From this moment on,
I decide to create thoughts that lead me to action.
I also agree to eliminate any limitations that I have created myself in order not to achieve more or be happier than a certain point or limit.
From this moment on,
I accept myself as I am.
I leave the past in the past and for the same reason,
I can live the present more intensely.
Every day,
I am improving more and more in all aspects of my life.
I allow good things to come to me.

All these positive thoughts are followed by actions.
