In this practice,
We are going to do left nostril breathing,
Which can have a very calming,
Cooling effect on the body and the mind.
So it's very simple.
All you're going to do is somehow close your right nostril.
You could do it with a thumb.
You could do it with any of your fingers.
Have a little bit of trouble breathing through either of the nostrils,
You can actually use the rest of your hand to just gently pull the face away.
From the nose just to give a little bit more space for the air to move through the nostril.
Get going with the practice.
Just move your hand close to your face and let's just take a deep breath in together.
And deep breath out.
And then we'll do 10 rounds of this.
So taking your hand to your face,
Plugging your right nostril.
If you need,
You can stretch out through the face and then inhale.
So we'll do to the count of four,
So exhale to release.
Three,
Four,
Inhale.
Three,
Four,
Exhale.
Three.
Four,
Inhale.
Three.
4.
Exhale.
Free.
Four inhale 3,
4 exhale 3,
4 inhale 3.
For exhale three,
Four,
Inhale.
Three,
Four.
Exhale three,
Four,
Inhale.
Three,
Four,
Exhale.
Three,
Four,
Inhale.
Three,
Four,
Exhale three.
And then just release your hand from your face.
Take a nice clearing breath in through both nostrils.
Exhale out and just pause for a moment and just notice how you feel.
Beautiful.
