Everybody is ready now for a meditation and I invite you to find your comfortable seat.
I guess everybody,
If you're sitting on a chair,
Have your spine straight,
The feet on the floor.
If you want to sit tail across,
Also really feel your spine long so that the energy can flow.
Just for a moment,
Just feel yourself sitting in this chair.
Release any tension,
Contraction.
Be comfortable.
And now I invite you to connect with your breath.
Just feeling the inhalation,
Feeling the exhalation.
Coming in through the nostrils,
The exhalation going out through the nostrils.
Really observe the quality of the breath,
Maybe the temperature,
The energy in the breath.
And breathing in with love.
Just note if there's a shift of energy,
If you already be aware,
You're breathing in with love.
You're breathing out with love,
Choosing love for each breath.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths,
Sending the breath into the heart space,
Feeling the expansion of the heart and feeling relaxation in the heart.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing out.
Next,
In the last,
I invite you to come into your heart space and just stay in your heart space energy.
You can imagine you're sitting in your heart space and look around.
Look at the inside wall of the heart.
Allow yourself to see what is inside of your heart.
Just feeling the energy and feeling yourself fearless when connecting with your heart space.
No matter what will show up in this moment,
You choose looking at it fearlessly.
Feeling safe by looking at everything what is stored in your heart space.
And when you see images already and thoughts are coming up,
I should have done this differently.
Just observe and allow yourself to release this energy.
Observing everything with compassion.
Again,
Feeling deep compassion for your heart space,
For everything you have been through,
For everything that was fearful,
For everything you can feel compassion and love now.
Now I invite you to let's look at all areas of the body.
Like a body scan and we start now at the crown of the head and just slowly slide down,
Scanning through all areas of the body and looking if there's somewhere I feel sitting.
Now,
Just look at it and be aware.
No judging,
No criticizing,
Pure observation.
Compassionate awareness.
When you observe,
I mean through the head,
Feeling behind the eyes in between your ears and the mouth sliding slowly down with the throat and the neck.
Just being aware of tension,
Contraction.
Fear is contracting the body.
Just scan further down through the chest and the upper back,
Through your arms and down the torso,
Into the belly and the lower back.
Feeling into the hips and standing down through the legs.
Through your knees,
Through the calves,
Into your ankles,
Heels,
Feet and toes.
Feeling your energy for a moment with compassionate awareness.
And maybe go back to the area in your body where you felt most contraction,
Most tension.
And just look inside how you react when you're in fear.
What area of your body is showing up?
Now connect with this area and sending love and light into this area.
And just by sending love,
Allowing yourself to dissolve this contraction.
For this moment,
You choose love.
And releasing the fear from that area.
And now I invite you to come to the first chakra,
The pelvic floor,
And really tap into this area.
That's where we store the fear.
That's where we also store fear from our ancestors,
Parents,
Grandparents,
From history,
From past lives.
Just feel into this area.
Feel into this energy.
Maybe you can feel a color for the fear that is blocked in the first chakra.
And look into this area.
Sense into this area.
What do I need most to release fear?
To live fearless.
What do I need most?
And see what's coming up.
And then feel into it.
Is it really my fear?
What would my life look like if I were fearless?
Fearless in my love life and my relationship.
Fearless at work.
Fearless in my business.
What would I create?
Still feel into the pelvic floor.
What do I need to choose love over fear?
Just be connected to this energy in your pelvic floor.
Where you store the fear.
Sit with it for a moment.
And feel the fear.
Now I invite you to bring in the gratitude for fear.
There were certain situations this fear saved you from something.
Feel the gratitude.
For something to learn.
When there is fear,
Feel the gratitude.
If it's something you have already learned,
Feel the gratitude.
Always feel into your body how the energy is shifting.
When you can look at the fear now with gratitude.
Maybe there's even a sense of pride coming up.
Or how strong you were.
Feel that.
Feel all the emotions.
I'm grateful for the fear that I have felt.
I keep the lessons.
Now I'm ready to choose love.
I invite you now to set a grounding cord from the pelvic floor,
From the coxes,
Down into the earth.
You can set many grounding cords to ground yourself.
Let all the grounding cords go around the center of the earth three times.
Feeling yourself grounded and deeply connected to the earth.
And also feel how this is shifting your energy.
Knowing you're grounded,
Connected to the earth,
Supported by the earth.
And now you can use your grounding cords and release all the fears from your body.
Send them down into the earth.
Trusting the earth is taking care of it.
And imagining,
Visualizing the fears that aren't yours,
That are stuck in this first chakra are released.
The fears from your ancestors who have been through big stories in history.
Wars,
Crimes.
Whatever that might have been,
Release it.
Release it with gratitude and with love.
Giving yourself permission to release old fear.
Maybe you can even sense how this healing is getting to your ancestors.
Releasing the fear energies.
Energies that were never yours.
Again,
Thanking the parents for the lessons,
Wanting to protect us.
Release their fear,
Your parents' fears.
And still sit and release,
Feeling the energies moving down into the earth.
Maybe there are some energies coming even down from your shoulders,
From the neck,
From the heart.
Because when fear is stuck in the first chakra,
It wants to move up.
It wants to act out.
Release all the fear.
And bringing in the discernment for fear.
There is fear that is necessary,
Not running in front of a car.
These fears are okay.
But the fears that are created in our thoughts can be released.
Now I will ask some questions.
It's like some downloads.
When you hear the question,
You can say for yourself,
Yes.
So that your body,
Yourselves,
Accept.
Do you want to know what it feels like to live without fear?
And say yes and your body accepts.
Do you want to know what it feels like that you have permission to choose love over fear?
Do you want to know it's possible for you to live fearless?
Do you want to know what it feels like to open your heart,
Receiving love without fear?
Do you want to know it's possible for you to transform fear into love?
And let the Creator,
The universe,
Give you the highest definition of love,
Knowing what it feels like to love without fear.
We have all this now and you are safe.
Now just sit for a moment in silence and send this new energy of love,
Of gratitude,
Of compassion.
Feel it in each cell of your body,
Noticing the shift of your energy,
Getting used to this new energy with a higher vibration of love.
Receive healing.
Receive love.
Now come back to your heart space,
Sitting in your heart space and feeling the new energy,
Getting used to it.
This is my new energy.
I choose love over fear.
Bathe yourself in this new energy.
I invite you to add another grounding cord from your heart now,
Down into the earth.
You can even put a label on this grounding cord.
Label it fearless or love.
Whatever comes up for you,
Feel this new strength from your heart down into the earth.
You can add another grounding cord and put your name on it.
See your name.
I am love.
I choose love.
Now while you're still connected to your heart space energy,
You can come up with a mantra or intention.
A mantra can be something easy.
I am love.
I am light.
Whatever comes up for you.
If you want to set an intention now,
That can be something easier.
From now on,
I live and choose love.
I move on fearlessly.
Whatever comes up for you,
Let it resonate,
Feel the energy of the words.
Feel the vibration.
I invite you to bring both hands onto your heart space,
Feeling your heart.
Feeling your mantra,
Feeling your intention.
And from your heart space,
Send it out again into each cell of your body.
And allowing yourself already sending it out from your heart space to your environment,
Into your house,
Into the city where you live,
Into the continent,
Around the globe.
Feel as I am.
Again,
Bringing in compassion,
Love and peace.
Bringing in the gratitude of having changed your vibration.
And now living with this higher vibration.
Take another deep breath in.
Exhale recharge each cell of your body.
Take a deep breath in into your heart space.
Exhale recharge.
