Welcome to a meditation where we would like to focus on grounding.
With grounding we bring our strength back into our body.
Often when we are too much in our head,
In our head space,
With our thoughts wandering around,
A grounding meditation can help to focus,
To bring the energy back,
To feel the strength and balance in our body.
If you're overwhelmed and anxious also regarding a job,
A project,
Also ground your work,
Ground your project,
This helps also to balance the energy that you have to bring into the work,
Into your project.
For the beginning I would like to find a comfortable seat,
Either on the floor,
On a cushion or on a chair.
Your spine should be straight,
Shoulder blades relaxed.
If you're on a chair have your feet on the floor and the hands in your lap.
Again bring awareness on how you're sitting,
Sit bones on the spine,
On your shoulder blades,
On your facial muscles.
Now bring the awareness on your breath,
Just observe how you breathe,
Where do you feel the breath right now,
Just observe,
Don't judge,
Don't attach.
I would like to ask you to bring more awareness into your breath,
Lengthen the breath,
Take more time for an inhalation and feel how the breath is rising your chest,
The inhalation is coming deep into your lungs and with a long exhalation let go of tension,
Of thoughts.
Again a long and deep inhalation,
With the inhalation you feel the spine is strengthening even more,
The chest is rising,
The energy is rising,
The exhalation let go of old stuck energy,
Thoughts,
Old vibes.
Again a deep long inhalation,
Feel the spine straightening,
Chest opening up,
Creating space in between the ribs,
Lungs are filling,
You can pull the inhalation even higher to your clavicles,
The exhalation let go.
Take another deep long breath,
After a long inhalation hold your breath,
When we hold the breath we create a break in between two thoughts,
Be aware of this break,
Take this pause and then exhale let go.
Already just take awareness of what has shifted already,
How has the breath already shifted your energy,
Your thoughts.
Now I invite you to connect with your heart chakra,
Feel into the heart space,
Into your chest,
Feel if there is tension,
Stressful energy,
Just observe,
Don't judge,
Don't attach,
Just breathe into it,
Exhale let go,
Release tension,
Release fuzzy energy,
Again long inhalation into your heart space,
Into your heart chakra,
Be aware how it feels to breathe into this area,
How it feels to connect with your heart and exhale,
Empty this space,
Let go of tension,
Invite you to take another deep breath into your heart chakra,
Feel the opening,
Feel the connection to this space,
The chest,
The lungs,
The heart and now within exhalation bring this energy from your heart space through your body,
Through your hips,
Through your legs deeper down,
Down into the earth,
Let it all flow down,
If you want to you can do this again,
Take a deep inhalation into your heart space,
Breathe deeply,
Maybe let tension from your arms,
Hands,
Wrists,
Neck also flow back with the exhalation and deeper down into the earth,
Now start creating roots from your feet,
From your first chakra,
Your pelvic floor,
Let the roots come down into the earth,
Deep down into the earth center,
Feel the connection to the earth,
Also create roots that are going around the earth,
Feel the stability that you create through the roots,
Through the connection to the earth,
Now you can start also to visualize your name on the roots and let these roots go deeper into the earth,
You can create more and more roots into the earth,
Around the earth,
Feel the strength,
Grounding,
If it's necessary for you,
You can breathe again into your head,
Heart,
Upper body,
You collect all the energy that you want to bring down to ground it,
Just visualize this process,
Creating roots,
Visualize the connection with the earth,
With the ground,
Visualize and feel stability,
Balance,
Be aware how it feels inside of you now,
Be aware how the energy has shifted,
Whatever is coming up,
What you would like to ground as well,
Ground it now,
You can ground your projects,
Your job,
Your workplace,
You can ground your life,
Invite you to sit a little longer with this earth energy,
Your roots,
Your connection to the earth,
Your stability,
Whenever you feel unbalanced,
Anxious,
Anxious,
Anxious,
Stressed,
Too much in your headspace,
Ground yourself,
Bring the energy back down through your legs,
Through the feet,
Into the earth,
I invite you to finish this meditation,
You are taking now deep inhalation and pulling up this strong energy from the earth through your roots,
Up into your body and with an exhalation you recharge each cell of your body,
Take an inhalation,
This grounded energy up into your body,
Exhale recharge,
One more time,
Whenever you are ready you can open your eyes,
