So come and find your comfortable seat.
Come to your breath.
Feel into your body,
Into your heart space and feel into the body parts that show up right now.
Maybe an eye is twitching,
The foot itching,
Whatever part is showing up connects.
And then bring all the presence back into the heart space.
Breathing into the heart,
Breathing out,
Feeling relaxation of the heart space.
Breathing in,
Feeling expansion,
Breathing out,
Feeling relaxation.
One more time.
Now bring the awareness to yourself,
To the self that you are today and that you were when you took Liberant.
And see if there is a gap,
A distance,
The change,
The transformation that you have been through.
Bring in the gratitude in your heart space for this change and transformation.
Realizing what you have changed already and realizing even that it felt difficult sometimes,
You changed,
You transformed.
Look at all the levels that you have transformed energetically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Physically,
And spiritually.
Bringing in gratitude for the transformation,
Bringing in acknowledgement for transformation.
If you compare your transformation with the autumn,
What have you let go of?
What kind of leaves?
What was necessary to let go of?
Acknowledge what you had let go of.
Now visualizing yourself as a tree who is again ready to transform,
To change.
What are you ready to let go of now or the next step?
Even you know it might be difficult.
It might get cold.
It might get very chilly,
Uncomfortable.
But you know it's for blossoming in the next season.
What are you ready to let go of?
Even if you are scared of pain,
Discomfort.
Bringing in the image of the next version of yourself after the next transformation.
Even being in the blossom and knowing it's worth going through the transformation.
It's worth to change.
I am worthy to change.
I am worthy to transform without the fear of leaving somebody behind.
I am able to change without the fear of rejection.
I create change and transformation.
I see myself blossoming after the change.
I invite you to bring your hands on your heart space and already feel in your heart,
In your soul,
In yourself the change and the transformation which is possible.
And bringing in the idea change is possible with ease and grace.
