Connecting With Inner Creative Strength, Releasing Doubt

Often failure and doubt hold us back to step into our creative power. Overcoming beliefs and thoughts like: I am not good enough! Can I do it again? What if I fail again? Is it necessary to feel empowered and overcome imposter or perfection? Some beliefs and thoughts are inherited and in the meditation, short healing for the mother and grandmother is implemented to release old energies from the lineage. Through chakra healing, we connect deeper with our center and are able to feel free to create.
